There was a lot of noise. I didn’t have kettle for hot water. The hotel doesn’t deserve 4 stars. I could take one ⭐️ down.

Firm mattress - slept like a baby. 3 min away from the metro. 10 min walk from the gay bars. Great breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The walls are paper thin. We could hear the TV of the rooms besides us and the people having conversations they were having whilst trying to sleep.

Room was clean and the bed was really big. Location is good too.

Junior Suite 142 on first floor. Trains rolling by as if somebody is next to you with a drilling hammer. Noice all night long, sirens, trains, .... windows not insulated for the noise. People able to watch into the bathroom from the other buildings. Doors open and close in a very noisy way in the hallway. People of the hotel were very friendly, not a problem but off course you have to sleep too....

The hotel rooms are quite dated. My shower door moved too far and left a gap so water was flowing out without me realising. The shower gel pump didn’t work. The bed was quite firm and the pillows weren’t great. Probably wouldn’t stay again or recommend it.

Location was quite central. Staff were nice and it was clean. Breakfast wasn’t bad but staff not that attentive so couldn’t get a proper coffee.

I chose this hotel for it's convenient location, and given that it has 4 stars, I was expecting something much better. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel, maximum 3. The prince is super high, close to 200 euros for a vrry tiny and old room (normally such a room should not cost more than 50 euros). The shower cabin is super tiny too, I don't think a slightly bigger person would simply fit in it. The iron I needed to iron my shirt was not delivered to the room.

location was perfect, could walk most places, well connected with a metro station close by, tram stop right outside. Friendly hotel staff, breakfast was great, room size was perfectly big enough, beds were comfortable and bathroom was great

My room was first floor facing the road and was very noisy all through the night. Front desk staff were pleasant but didn't like to go out of their way to help e.g. I wasn't offered any help on check in taking my bags up to my room, when the wifi wasn't working there was no apology / effort to help resolve the situation I just had to wait it out until it resolved itself. Breakfast options were limited and requests to staff for specific food was dismissed.

Stayed for business so location was good for my needs. Room was very large.

Very old hotel , bad air conditioning, poor breakfast, car park not onsite , very small room , bad smell , old elevator, small lobby, 1 hour walk to the center, there is no supermarket or cafes next to hotel

The shower cabinet was very small. Limited toiletries. Poor Wifi. Limited options for breakfast buffet. I was even charged for an omelette.

Room was dark and not very clean. Shower was poor and quite small. Soap ran out in the shower soap dispenser. Towels were old and faded. Wifi was terrible. Breakfast was very congested.

Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, staff were helpful including giving us some good restaurant recommendations and location was good for Milano Centrale, the metro and the centre if you didn't mind a decent walk.

Room was a bit small and the air vents need cleaning (I wouldn’t normally comment on this, but the vent was right over the bed and full of dust and grime, which was a bit disconcerting).

Excellent location right by metro and tram. Was able to check in a few hours early, as my room was ready. Huge, bountiful breakfast. Room was comfortable with a fridge stocked with drinks and snacks. I would definitely stay again!

The place reminds me of the movie “just married”. The A/C made a lot of noise and didn’t feel like it was even on. It is near a hospital so you hear the ambulances through the night. The bed was very very firm which isn’t for us. The breakfast selection wasn’t ideal.

The staff was extremely nice and they are able to hold your luggage before you check in and after you check out!
