I think there are some 30 minute fixes that can be done about the shower heads to elevate the quality if the property

There is not really a reception and most of the time no one is present in the hotel. And you can hear very well what is happening in the other rooms.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us, although we missed the entrance at first. It is literally a "hidden gem". The room was big, the bed was comfortable and we've had a nice view. The public transport connections are also great.

It was a bit loud at night which is a trade off for the area it’s really a fun place to stay but it is definitely a party area.

Beautiful space, comfortable bed, good location for having access to the metro and awesome for late night food and drinks.

The cleaning cost should be included in the booking price. No contact number on site for emergencies / information etc. Safe didnt work. Assume in the hotter months - no air con would be an issue.

The property was discreet just of a busy street / canal area , noise level zero - safety and security excellent. Clean - modern - comfortable and a fabulous location to the Metro / Train / Tram. Would recommend - however not really a hotel - more Air B n B 5/6 Rooms . Check in time ensure you have a contact number or give a time of arrrival as no one is on site. Good cleaning service and fresh towels. LOCATION WAS 10/10 - tram 5 mins from Duomo - 20 Mins walk one road easy walking.

Not to say we didn't like it but it was just weird. We checked in, given 4 keys to get to the hotel room. We did feel very safe at the property. What was a little weird was the check in process. There was not front desk, just a small desk for the nice woman who checked us in on the 3rd floor where we were staying.. The outside of the hotel was barely marked and if it weren't for a delivery man interpreting for us when we used the outside keypad, check in might have been a lot longer. Again, it seemed to work out ok. The hotel certainly was not flashy, but as stated clean and functional. I can honestly say that I have never experienced a hotel like this and I have stayed in many over the years. It really was more like a studio apartment building rather than a hotel.

The location of this hotel could not have been better. Dozens of restaurants, bistros, and shops all within walking distance. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. Also the hotel seemed very safe.

Would have been nice to have air conditioning as it was very very warm. Other than that, it was perfect.

The staff who welcomed us was very friendly. There was a cleaner on site every morning which was lovely to know. Location was fantastic, surrounded by lots of cafes and bars and very close to the canal. Metro and tram stop only 5 mins walk away. I would highly recommend it.

Few issues with the shower which I let the property know about. The shower overall needed a deep clean. A mini fridge would have been great since no breakfast is offered at the property. Very hard to communicate at check in as the staff member spoke no English and we didn’t speak Italian so we had to figure out a lot on our own. Property is hard to find need to press the buzzer. We were fortunate a local was entering the building and asked if we needed help and pointed us in the right direction. You are charged tourist tax/other charges on arrival which is not stated clearly on booking.com. They change towels daily but no other cleaning provided. Could hear other guests at night (not so much the properties fault) so it can be noisy.

Boutique style apartment, felt very safe in the building. Great location, close to lots of restaurants and cafes. Train station is very close which makes it easy to get into the city. Liked that we had a balcony to dry clothes or sit out in when it cooled down. Good air conditioning in the room.

Location was perfect half and hour walk to Duomo and the cathedral, metro station less than 1 minute away, friendly staff, lovely area with lots of bars and restaurants, great size room, very quiet in room even though lively area outside in evening.

Beautifully renovated and furnished, clean and cosy with a really nice shower. Location is superb, loads of nice restaurants right outside the door. Staff was friendly and we were able to check-in somewhat earlier, that made our trip logistics a lot easier. Thank you!

The products in the bathroom could be better - with English explanation also. The nights were a bit loud around Navigli. So, it was a bit hard to sleep on Friday night.

The room is spatious. It is definitely recommended for couples. Bathroom was quite good. The shower was easy to use. Great spot. There are so many options for transportation: metro, tram or bus. We mostly used metro but I also liked tram option as it was going to Duomo in just 15 minutes. I don't need to say something regarding Navigli because it was so easy for us to hang out at Navigli and come back to hostel to rest in just a few mintues!

Lack of privacy at the windows, could do with net curtains, lack of drawers, just a wardrobe, lack of towel rails in bathroom, and would benefit from a small fridge.

The location was excellent, 2 mins from metro, 2 mins from bars & restaurant. Very spacious, great shower, very comfortable bed and extremely secure!

The shower door fell off on me when i was taking a shower, the shower had clearly leaked water out, and there was no shelf in it to put your stuff. Towels were quite bad.

Great room and lovely building in Naviglio Close to canal in a lively part of town but room was very quiet. Close to train station and tram for easy access to town. Duomo and Scala only a 20 minute walk for explorers Host was very friendly and provided restaurant and bar recommdations Comfortable bed, fast WiFi, many restaurants and bars nearby

Rooms aren’t soundproof, you can hear the person next door even talking so take earplugs, street can be noisy at night but I didn’t mind this as much as hearing the next room. No towel rail to hang wet towels. The kettle didn’t have a plug socket next to it so had to be sat on the floor to boil. I also expected the room to be much bigger from pics and reviews but it was just like a regular hotel room, maybe this was just the room we got.

Right next to the metro station. Canal at the end of street, lots of bars restaurants very close by. Great location if you want to go for drinks/ food Modern decor and clearly done recently. Was clean and nicely presented. Secure door/ building.
