Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Luigi is the best host ever. He welcomed us as we arrived late at night, allowing us to comfortably start exploring this city. The location is the safest and neatest road around the Vatican, so it's a huge advantage compared to the crowded city centre. The facilities are simple, but there is a warm hospitality that is priceless. This hostel will make you remember Rome = Luigi. Grazie!!

it is on a loud street so if you are a light sleeper it may be as issue. and if your neighbours are loud you can hear them through the wall.

we had some problems about heating system but it was solved immediately when we asked help.

We had the beautiful room on the corner, with a nice balcony with afternoon sun. The room was way nicer than we expected from the picture! It felt "real" and cozy.

Highly recommend!!! The host is very nice and friendly. He patiently informed us all the information we need and gave us chocolate as gift lol. Although we checked in very late but the host was really considerate and helpful. Thanks again xx The room also is very satisfactory and very huge. The balcony is also out of expectation. Really nice sitting here and it’s really an enjoyment.

Arrived back from a 3 night stay at Zero6 Guest House. wow, what can I say...excellent room, exceptional host. Stayed in room 1; nice large room, super comfy bed, balcony over looking the area with siting area. In a fantastic location close to the Vatican and metro station. Luigi is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble, always on hand when needed for advice on restaurants and places to visit Made my birthday extra special with his recommendations. Can't thank him enough. And a nice box of chocolates too. Will be looking at returning very soon. Highly recommend Zero6 Guest House. It has everything you need for an amazing stay in Rome

A comfortable, cozy room in a small guesthouse. It is located in a typical Roman building, with marble staircase and a classic lift. It will make you feel like a local.. The location was great, only a 5 min walk from the Vatican, 2 minutes from the metro, yet not too busy. There were lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries etc in the area. We stayed for 7 days and never ran out of things to see and do. There are also nice shopping options nearby. Highly recommended! The host, Luigi, is a genuinely friendly, helpful guy and on call for anything you need.

Zero6 it 's just perfect. It is near metro station Ottavian ( Vatican City) and also near to bars, very good restaurants, shops and Vatican city. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He was very nice, helped with luggages. The apartment is very clean. I can just recommend!

It was a perfect honeymoon stay at Luigis guesthouse! Everything as described. We had the balcony room and it was so nice - view like in an Italian movie. Cleaned room everyday. Very good location nearly to metro station and Vatican City but we did a lot of walking also to the other important sights. There’s also a lot of bistros and restaurants around - one directly over the street. Luigi was a perfect host, there for check in and check out and organised our airport transfer. His parents have a great restaurant nearby! We would totally recommend and looking forward to coming back someday!

Fantastic host, and accomadated perfectly to us arriving at the room and any requests! The room was massive and the balcony looking out onto the streets of Rome was perfect. Will definitely be back with this great host!

We had a great stay for 4 nights. The location of the guesthouse is less than a five minute walk from the metro so there is easy access to all sites, shops and eateries, and the room/bathroom were comfy and clean with daily housekeeping which was a bonus. Luigi was super helpful - organising an airport taxi for us and contactable via WhatsApp easily for room queries and for check-in. This was my second stay here and I would come again and recommend to others!

We stayed for two nights in this establishment. The rooms were equipped and furnished beyond our expectations. The area is full of shops, bars and restaurant, with nice residential feeling but still very close to the city centre. Nevertheless, the biggest highlight was our host Luigi as he provided great customer service!
