Unfortunately, there was a significant amount of sea moss in the water at the beachfront.

The water volume was on the lower side. And the transportation with the in house driver was quite expensive (because it’s private) like $100 USD each way. I don’t think there was Uber so was tricky to figure out a cost effective way to get around.

The staff was friendly, the beach behind the property was amazing and the food was authentic Jamaican food.

The shower. We had a two bedroom both en suite, which was really nice, and they were spacious. The issue was that the showers did not work properly. Evidently the pump kept on tripping and that is not on the local weed. The maintenance men tried to fix to no avail. Hopefully they will get it resolved.

Location is spot on. Right on the beach and close to all the places you would want to be in Negril. Deceptively hidden away but once on to the property a pleasant small community of condos. We stayed in the Lower Beach Condo. Not beach frontage but with a nice patio area and a 10 seconds walk to the beach bar and the beach. Facilities in the Condo was more than acceptable and the air worked well! One other point is that it is relatively away from the majority of the "Big Noise' that comes from the party atmosphere that occurs Negril.

The water pressure in the shower was very low.

The food was excellent, Georgia and the bartender was excellent at the restaurant.

There was nothing not to like. The bed was very comfortable, the room had all the basics you need for a few nights. The staff is very sweet and friendly. They really take care of their guests.

The location was very central, right on the seven mile beach. I loved that it's quiet and not a party vibe. The water is clean and beautiful, almost felt like our own private little beach as there were very few people around.

Bed was very hard but outside of that everything was perfect.

The location is wonderful, just steps away from the beach and the staff are amazing!! Wifi was good for a few work calls we had to take.

The location of the condos is spectacular, we had never stayed anywhere actually on the beach before. It's a special place and that is location, but it's also the people. All the staff are friendly and kind and made us feel at home. When I did have a minor complaint it was dealt with instantly. The food in the restaurant is excellent.

A quiet section of negril beach but close to everything. Not a 5 star resort in terms of facilities, but an unpretentious, laid back, more authentic vibe, unlike the all inclusives. We had a great time, totally chilled, and the staff are lovely, very friendly, especially behind the bar/restaurant and on security which makes all the difference when on holiday.

It would have been better to have rented a seaview suite instead of a garden room.

Great location on the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, the rooms are great for a family travelling together because they include a kitchen.

Not a big issue but bathroom and kitchen could do with an update.

Perfect location with the most stunning beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants. A lovely warm welcome on arrival, very clean rooms and super comfy bed! We extended our stay and would definitely stay again.

An issue that may have been beyond their control is that the entry way smelled AWFUL, due to the garbage pile up.

The restaurant food was average at best for the price, especially the dinner menu. Breakfast was good and priced well Dinner was less than desired. Food tasted stale as well. They were out of pretty much everything Elevators and phones in rooms would be nice. Had to walk to ask for bellhop service or anything you desired
