United StatesI didn’t like the fuck how they kept bugging me They was unprofessional inconsiderate did not give me leisure time to even enjoy myself at the property. I left the property because I was uncomfortable with the way the stuff at the front desk was treating me. on Friday I felt very weak from not eating all day I go to pool to get food an I get light headed so I have to be taken to my room in a wheelchair so at this point I place an order for room service to bring me food instead of receiving my food I’m getting bugged by the front desk once again about a problem the have with the third party I booked with this was the worst vacation. Ava has never in my life stayed somewhere where I was, but each and every day every moment woke up out of my sleep at 6 AM who does that very unprofessional but I stay again Never but I recommend it never

JamaicaThe staff acted poorly as relates to customer service especially front desk. They didn’t not coordinate well and acted poorly from the start to end. the front desk staff was trying to sell packages more than listening to my request. What was most disappointing was after completing the paperwork and ready to go to the room she didn’t call the butler she sent me outside and I was assisted by the security. the security helped to find the butler. The value for money isn’t worth it. There’s no premium service and the treatment of the staff was disappointing.

United StatesMy experience at breathless put a partial damper on my trip. I’m giving them 2 stars as some people tried to make the trip better but overall I wouldn’t stay at this chain or property again. Our initial check in was with Kiana and she was really sweet and amazing, we arrived an hour later and we had to check back in for our rooms. An hour later we return to another front desk lady who rudely tells me my room isn’t ready and she doesn’t know when it will be as it’s still being cleaned. We checked back for the rooms in another hour, and we’re told we were upgraded to an ocean view which was nice, so we proceed upstairs but our key cards were not included in the holder. Eventually we get into our rooms and are welcomed by the smell of mildew, a stain on the bed and limited toiletries. I’m livid and immediately want to go home because this property costs too much for this level of experience. I call the front desk and speak to an amazing lady who sends maintenance and housekeeping to check out the issue. It takes an additional 40 mins but immediately he enters the room, he asked if we just checked in and says he will get us a room shortly. The housekeeper on the other hand tells me it’s the smell of the vinegar used to clean. How do I wait two hours to receive and unclean room? Nonetheless our room was changed 30 minutes later. This time We had fresh ironed sheets, incense in the bathroom, air refreshner sprayed and no major alarming smell. I thought this was the end of my ordeal but I left for an excursion the next day and at 5:30 pm in the evening and the room hadn’t be cleaned but the hotel was nice enough to send us champagne and wine and cheese that we didn’t bother to drink. I had stayed at the Cliff in Negril prior to this and the service and property was so amazing that this was literally day and night.

They were undertaking construction work on our floor, which was loud and produced alot of mess on the floor. Overall, for the price I paid, was left feeling disappointed with the service of staff and the fact they were undertaking construction works on a floor open for bookings.

United StatesOn 1/8/22 I booked a room with an ocean view, for four nights on booking.com . I wanted to make some changes to my Reservation on 3/2/22, I notice that the reservation was only for one person, I then reached out to booking.com customer service to help correct reservation and add my husband. Customer service was not able to help because they said that it was after hours there and no one was answering the phone at the hotel, on 3/3/22 I tried the next day calling the hotel and spoke with customer service at the hotel breathless and they said because I made my reservation through a third-party I needed to make my changes through booking.com, again I reached out to booking.com customer service trying to make sure my husbands name was added to the room, she assured me that his name was added and that my price hadn’t changed. I arrive on 3/17/22 at Breathless hotel, we proceed to check in and the customer service worker said my husband name was added to the reservation, Customer service on location took my card and charged it for the sum of $2789.00, we were allowed to checkin and stayed four days, we went about our vacation in and out of the facilities for four days with no complications on arrival at the hotel. She said nothing about extra charges were going to be appled to my card, on Monday when we are departing, The customer service rep said that I had a balance that needed to be paid before leaving,, we went back-and-forth with the hotel disputing the charges for over an hour. The hotel held us hostage until we paid an additional charge of $1400.00. We asked to speak with management and we were told by Breathless management that the person who checked us in had made a mistake, we replied that it wasn’t our mistake and whatever extra charges applied should be incurred by the hotel. I had a party of eight and definitely feel we had been taken advantage of due to their mistake.
