The room was small. There was no hot water. Though the lighting was cosy, the main light could have been brighter.

I loved the location. It was quiet and not too hot. I almost didn't remember that I was in Montego Bay. Breakfast was tasty and filling.

There were amenities missing. If there were at least small items instead of trying to purchase large ones that would be used once and thrown away

The surrounding garden was amazing. The breakfast was lovely, and the room was cozy. Also, the bed was comfy

Wish we stayed longer

The accommodation is big and the view from the upstairs is amazing. The breakfast in the morning was the best authentic food we had it was lovely. Me and my husband both had a lovely time, and it is only a 7 minute drive to the town we would definitely visit again the accommodations is safe and the staff was lovely and kind and are helpful and welcoming. The property is located in a safe and quiet part, but it is not far to commute. Consider this location if you are going out every day and are looking for a place that is comfortable safe and affordable or you want to stay close to the airport 😀

AC was not working, though close to the airport situated in a residential area have to get a taxi to the town if your not driving ( only like $1) to town.

We were in Room 2, and the bathroom sink and mirror were too low, trying to use it hurt my back. We could also benefit from tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Hospitality was excellent. It felt safe, comfortable, and breakfast was beautiful. We were able to get taxis from the hotel to wherever we wanted to go.

The furnisher in our room and decor is a little outdated but it is ideal for putting your head down for night and move on, into town.

The breakfast was excellent, I would visit again just for the breakfast. Perfect location.

There are lots of dogs in the neighborhood, including some stray dogs. They bark loudly at night. There's also traffic noises from motor vehicles that pass by on the road and the occasional planes flying over. It all felt loud at first because I'm not used to that kind of noise, but I adjusted to it after a few days.

Mr. Lawrence (the owner) is very nice, kind, and accommodating. He let me check in a little early and helped me with planning for tours to sight see around Montego Bay. It was also wonderful to chat with him about life in Jamaica. Ms. Paulette's food is amazing. She cooks local, delicious food! She even made me dinner one night because her food was the only food my stomach could keep. I would have been happy eating her food every single day for all of my meals for the entire time I stayed there. Both of them are very generous and made my trip absolutely worth it. I would book again next time I visit! The location is in the lovely hills of Montego Bay tucked away from the downtown busy area.

Breakfast was served room temperature and there was not a lot of choice.In a remote location. Car or taxi needed to get around. Water took a while to get hot.

We liked how nice and clean it was. The bedroom was comfortable and the view was lovely. The hosts were polite and incredibly helpful. Great view from our room all the way to the sea.

Nothing to offer as a complaint. The power in the neighborhood was briefly disturbed however a backup generator provided power to the B&B. May not seem like an issue however in a tropical environment AC really matter.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the incredibly hospitable host. The property was in a picturesque location with views of the ocean and tastefully decorated. The location may be tricky to find at night but it is easily recognized from their posted pictures. I enjoyed the homemade breakfasts, and sunsets from the balcony were the perfect spot to unwind and take in the beauty of Jamaica. The hosts were exceptional, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions, dining spots, and hidden gems, ensuring I experienced the best of Montego Bay. Electricity went out during a storm, back on around 9 AM next morning. Wifi went out one morning - fixed quickly. Water to awhile to get warm.

It was perfet for us. We walked 2-miles to Hip Street, although most would taxi. We used taxi at night. Simple accommodations. Host, Lawerence, was outstanding. Found us a great taxi driver that we use. We loved talking with others staying at Castlevue.

The room was very dark and the overhead light didn't work. The shower didn't have hot water a couple of days. Heads up for future travelers, you cannot walk anywhere from the B&B.

Great spot in a nice neighborhood. Owners and staff were very friendly and breakfast was amazing. It was nice talking to the other people staying there as well.

Only cold shower which is not perfect after long distance flight. Bed linen could be tiny bit upgraded.

Nice and calm place for our first short stop in Jamaica. Just ten minutes drive from the airport. Quiet neighbourhood (except for the barking doggie). Felt very safe. Nice spacious clean room, good a/c. We went twice for dinner to Pepe’s which is very nice and reasonably priced. Owner is lovely and everyone was nice to us.

The pillows were not the most comfortable

The breakfast was fantastic. Homemade juice, nice fruit platter. The staff was excellent, very accommodating. The view was great from the balcony. The common spaces were spacious and equipped with board games.

Please bring cash with you and don't expect to eat at the location depending on the time of day. We didn't bring much cash and that was a problem

No TV in the room but in a shared area. Had to navigate stairs to get to rooms on 2nd floor - somewhat difficult with luggage and for the elderly but typical of most places (even large hotels). Need more ready availability of bottled water for personal use.

Large, clean rooms. Great garden view. Could reach out and touch the fruit bearing tree except for the secured window. Was able to go for morning walks in the neighborhood.
