Internet connection in the room was very poor. I had to be in the reception area to connect to the WIFI. It also feels that currency conversion rate was bit low at the resort.

Staff was friendly. Beach was very nice, I like how close the resort was from the beach. Breakfast was good but would have liked more options (example: eggs)

The bathrooms in the rooms were a bit dingy -- didn't feel super clean, even after rooms were serviced. I had asked for extra pillows in my reservation, and they didn't provide them. (I'm sure they would have if I had hunted someone down to ask once I was there, but I didn't do that.). The toilet was a bit finicky to flush -- had to hold the handle down for a while or nothing would go down. And the water in the shower took a long time to warm up, and even then never got above lukewarm.

The location at Coco La Palm can't be beat. It keeps us coming back. The grounds are lovely, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel restaurant is good enough that we eat most of our meals there (something that I can't say at most hotels I stay at). Good happy hour deals. Wifi worked without any hassle. The safe in the room was big enough to store my laptop, and I appreciate that they don't charge to use it. The swimming area is excellent -- soft, beautiful sand, calm waves, and gentle slope out to the water, so would be very safe for non-swimmers. We loved the complementary use of stand-up paddle boards, and the life vests they provide. The free evening show with fire dancers and music and stunts and comedy was so much fun!

The room wasn't as cool as I like, actually it was a little too warm and the pool wasn't the cleanest but overall a good place to stay.

The staff was very friendly. I love that the restaurant was on the property, near the water and the breakfast was very good.

food was ok on the most part; breakfast could have been a little better & I think the prices were more higher end for what was being offered; the wifi is hit or miss in certain areas especially if u are in the room but works great on the beach lol; & would have liked the hot water to be a little hotter.

proximity to the bar. I dont like that they charge 2% tariff when you pay by credit card for the food and an extra $5 USD if they deliver food to your room, you are already getting the 2% tariff.

I love the beach .. thats why I keep coming to this hotel. I like that the wifi is now working in the rooms well done. My only peeve is that my room was close to the bar and it was a bit noisy for me. I was in room 846. Not sure if the wing I was in was the new construction as when I stayed in 2019 I had a much nicer room.

Included continental breakfast was excellent, with a pretty selection of fruit included. Dinner (escovitch fish and jerk chicken) again excellent and very filling portions. Beach is wide with plenty of loungers and shade under the trees
