United StatesIn the room lockers did not work , but they provided me a locker in the office which served my need. The WIFI was horribly slow and would frequently break. This is outside the hotel control. It was not a problem for most of the days as I was just enjoying the beach and it was actually good getting disconnected. But last two days I had to book flights and other hotels and it was a nightmare to complete any online transaction. Certainly not a place to WORK remotely. I did complain to the office and they were looking into changing service provider.
The location is amazing. Everything is walkable distance and you are right on the beach. The place is quiet and clean. Staff is very friendly and took care of anything I needed. The onsite restaurant is good but there are several other options on the beach as well. I felt very safe during my stay. There is a shopping mall walkable distance with amenities and ATM. I can't wait to return to Negril beach and this place, that sums up how happy I was.

CanadaI know there are plenty of loungers but it would be nice to have some already laid out for the day. A couple of the servers seemed annoyed and would serve the regulars even if you were there before them. I understand that they have a relationship with the returning guests; however, we all paid to enjoy the same service.
We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment closer to the road which we enjoyed staying in. If you are a light sleeper than the noise may bother you but I sleep way better with noise. The beds were very comfortable and the space was perfect for the 3 of us. The ladies at the reception are amazing and very welcoming. The housekeepers are amazing and we loved the new bedding they put on the beds after a few days of our stay. The service at the bar/restaurant can be a bit slow at times however the food was really good. They have happy hour every day from 12 to 2 and it gets pretty busy and hopping :) They set up televisions in the bar for Super Bowl which was a bonus. Dennis and Marco are gems. The grounds are filled with beautiful plants and flowers.

United KingdomIts only a suggestion but my wife likes to read before bed an its not just here but in general nowhere we stayed in Jamacia had any bedside lights!
The staff are great , house keeping very happy friendly and doing a great job, as were the staff in general Curtis always had time for a chat and nothing was too much trouble, Sofia is a great restaurant host and the waiting staff Tina and Barman Marco always happy and good at their jobs. We would recommend Firefly and would be happy to stay here again, Many thanks for a great holiday, Love Ian and Zhanna.

Rooms are well appointed and clean— everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff are PERFECTION. I have never encountered a friendlier or kinder bunch of people in all of my 5+ visits to Jamaica. The bar and restaurant are fantastic md everything is reasonably priced. Location cannot be beat!

United StatesWater problems. Twice wanter was unavailable. The first attributed to a broken pipe. The second time was on the morning of checkout when we woke to shower and get ready to leave. To our surprise and great concern, there was no water available. Good thing we had some bottled water and did our best with those. Would not stay here again because water shut off seems random. The second issue was asking for a few items of clothing to be washed and being charged 30USD. Disappointingly, the shirts were not ironed, tee shirts not folded. Essentially clithes wete returned wrinkled.
Location was good and it being on the beach was a plus. Lots of places to go and close to a plaza woth a supermarket.

United KingdomLocated right in the middle of one of the best beaches in the world. The room was excellent including air conditioning, a covered porch with table and chairs. There was an oven and a fridge freezer with a supermarket in walking distance. A toaster, a kettle and a flat screen TV and free wifi. The beach area is swept every day and the gardens are kept immaculate. The staff are fantastic and can't do enough to make your stay a good one. The food at the restaurant is really nice, even more so if you like seafood. The bar has a happy hour every day at Midday with Red Stripe on offer at $2 US a bottle I really look forward to staying at Firefly again. Thank you everyone at the Firefly for making us feel right at home.

The staff was excellent! Met all my family needs! Jarvis the best host ever! He stayed late for our special request to check in ! Always greeted us with a smile! It was so much fun we extended our stay! The food was great and clean! Thanks to the staff at the front desk and housekeeping I’m definitely going back! 100% quality stay for family and all types of crowd!
