WOW. it very sad that the Elevator does not work here. People should be advice of this before they go. I was on the 4th with bad pains. it was very difficult each time I have to go up and down the stairs.

we were on the fourth floor, and the elevator was broken, and a whole day there was no water , to shower, or flush the toilet.

I initially booked at a certain price and the rate increased by USD 20 by the time I got there. Very unfair for a local and very unprofessional as this information was not passed on. Also for all this inconvenience I got the worst room.

The house keeping was disgraceful they constantly do not give the towel for the bathroom floor which is very dangerous. 6 pillows on the 2 double beds for me and my daughter and only 2 pillows case was on the pillows. So we had to be using 1 pillow each. 1 morning no bath towel was put in bedroom. When we asked for pillow cases we were given pillow protecter after 2 days on complaining. Room 220 please avoid it smells like urine I guess because the toilet didn't properly and was furniture looks like it had termites and was coming apart at the bottom and needed a good sweep. The bathroom titles are absolutely disgusting and disgraceful patch broken. The whole taps in the bathroom need updating. Room. 114 which we stayed in was very good but bathroom let it down with broken tiles, bathroom taps are very outdated. We had to fixed the toilet ourselves didn't want to trouble the staff again. The day we were leaving we put do not disturb sign and about 11am the house keeping staff let herself in our room and asked if we leaving today. Mind you we were on the balcony so she could have knock and we didn't hear the door. Room 114 is right by the pool bar with music which is very good for us but not for all if you need peace a quietness. The food is a hit or miss in the main restaurant. So days good most days awful. Please update bathrooms in main building so it would be good value for your money. No lifts.

The hotel is on the beach. The entertainment is excellent. Charmaine the manager is excellent. Shantee Kelsey and a few of the staff very friendly. The snack bar food is excellent. Jerk chicken wings burgers rice and peas chips and so on was excellent. Some staff friendly some not so. The main restaurant staffs friendly. The bar staff friendly. Great security system which made you feel so safe. Enterament for all ages.

I didn’t like the lack of communication this property offered. Trying to take a shower was horrible. The lever to turn the shower on did not work but without complaining I understood as the resort was full and there was no way to change rooms at that moment. I also didn’t like the fact that hot water ran out at the beginning of my stay and there was no communication until later in the evening they put a notice under my door. My sliding door to my room was difficult to open and close as it was broke and off the hinges. The door to my room lock was broken but later found out that it wasn’t broken but the lock was purposely removed due to issues of it locking people out the room when it closed. This is absolutely unacceptable especially due to the lack of communication. Maybe guests who spend their hard earned money should be made aware that these are the conditions they are paying for. despite all of the above I did not complain once! I tried to make the best of it UNTIL I was faced with yet another problem that I just could not let go. I had a family member purchase a day pass. The resorts website says it is $75 for a day pass and when I inquired about the price I was made aware of a combo pass for $135 which would gain access to the propriety until 2 am. The fact that the “combo pass” info was not made available on their website is unacceptable. Upon still paying such an outrageous price the experience continued to be horrible. Once I paid hard earned worked money my family member was asked for his ID and was provided with a ban. NEVER did anyone explain the rules and regulations associated with this ban. My brother who is a large guy said the ban was too tight removed the ban while taking a shower and due to his lack of information and lack of experience with resort staying, he removed the ban. In the process of him removing the ban, it was missed placed. He tried to enter the resort and was DENIED!!!

I liked the easily accessible beach access. housekeeping did a decent job with cleaning and try to make the room look presentable with the conditions it was under.

The rooms were old fashioned they looked nothing like the pictures. The guy manager was very rude. The food was nasty. Room was dirty when we arrived.

Check in was delayed as room not ready. Decor and equipment in our room was dated and the chest of drawers required attention as drawers were stuck - this was replaced quickly though. Music from entertainment a bit loud in dining area during the evening but alternative available so not a problem really.

Room location was very good - wonderful view of the sea. Staff were very polite and efficient. Resort was clean and functional. Entertainment was good.

the room had air conditioning leaking, I saw Cockroaches, they advertised that the have laundry facilities but they said it was broken.. the security would write down the room number and what time I come back each time I leave the property.. makes me very suspicious. they should not ask my room number.. they don't allow friends or family to visit! they should have different hand band for visitor where they can visit but not able to use the facility without paying
