The only reason I didn't rate a 10 because for most of my stay expect for the last two days I had no hot water. I was sick by the time the hot water was flowing.

The staff and owner were wonderful. It was a nice place for my grandmother and myself to relax.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at this vacation home, the rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. You can drive or get a taxi from town as it is a little distance away from the centre but it is worth the drive. It was perfect for our family getaway, in fact, my daughters loved it so much that they did not want to leave!

I'd say my only complaint is the location. When you click the link for Google Maps, it takes you to the wrong place much to the frustration of my Uber driver. If you type in "Carlton Crescent, St. Bran's Burg", that'd give the most accurate location I believe. The owner was helpful as was the individual "Carl" on site, which was a plus. He helped me get a local taxi in the morning. Local taxi only cost like $500 Jamaican dollars, which was awesome. That said, they're not as easy to get a hold off and "Carl" (person on site) helped with that. They do sleep in so like if going for a 0900 flight, I wouldn't have the expectation of getting a local taxi. I also had several failed attempts at getting someone on the Uber app to accept a pick up request. So unless one has a personal car or has something definitely planned for pick up in the earlier part of the morning, this place despite the awesome comfort, may not be the best. Uber or Taxi on uber app or Jamaican taxi online all definitely cost more (Uber cheaper though underpriced per drivers which makes sense).

I really liked the place: comfy with the AC. It had a kitchen and table with utensils along with a microwave and fridge. I'd imagine it'd be a convenient place for a group or family to stay. The living room had a TV and two couches (AC in kitchen pointing towards living room). The room I stayed in had 2 beds (one bed easily could fit two while the other just one adult) and a TV along with AC and a bathroom (forgive improper grammar)

The house was difficult to find and isn’t pinned correctly in Booking.com. There was a lot of loud music being played by one of the neighbours each night and late.

The caretaker was very helpful and the owner was available by WhatsApp. The WiFi was excellent.

The location is terrible. 30 minutes from attractions of Montego Bay. 15 of the minutes is filled with traveling through desolate dangerous back roads with major potholes, stray dogs, and poor looking ghettos. Owner lives in Canada and has an older man living upstairs watching your every move on camera. Doors to apartment only has deadbolt lock from both sides with no turn handles. I’m quite sure someone entered from outside door where key was left on inside of deadbolt and took the keys and we were trapped inside and had to pay the guy to replace the”locks” allegedly lost but really stolen. We were scammed. Do not Rent This Place…

This is a false listing. There is no beach anywhere near. It is located way up in the hills behind a dangerous shanty town. This is a back room in a house where a full family with crying kids lives. Do not be fooled by the pictures. Nothing is like the pictures. This is not suitable for tourists. There is no onsite bar or waterpark here as described.Non of the offered services are available.Not even the ones with additional charge. The offered driver with car service does not exist. The "driver" does not even have a drivers liscense. This is a scam of the top level. The host will bombard you with charming whatsapp messages and pictures of fuit trees and all sorts of promises to convince you. When you get there and see reality and complain, she is extremely rude and will leave you stranded. The pictures taht are put on here by the owner are false! We left The place within two hours of arrival and went to a family member. Do not come here and pay your money. She gave all sorts of excuses for not being able to pay by credit card and had to pay with PayPal. Now I see why because she refuses all refund and is harassing me on whatsapp. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!
