The bed was not comfortable the need just a regular king or queen. Room needs upgrades, Smoking was everywhere. (Weed).

The Staff was amazing. The massage was very good Donetta great job jher and her coworker. Food was really good as well. Michael Jackson show was great.

A bit strict with certain rules, such as for accessing the other restaurants, I understand though that they want to provide a certain experience for some guests.

Lots of activities, very accommodating staff with lots of interest in making the stay as good as possible.

A little bit of a disinterested reception on arrival, where the guy checking us in looked like he preferred to be somewhere else - Fortunately this attitude proved to be the exception, with the remainder of our stay being very positive.

The vibe was fabulous from arrival, the drinks & food was basically around the clock, so no shortage of nourishment. Great energy from the various program organizers leading the different entertainment features, with something to suit all tastes - all in all great fun was had, will definitely be back!

I wish waiters at the restaurants smile more and say good morning. SPA overpriced. No discounts for guests. I would reccomend to add to the room sleepers & laundry bag.

Everything was good. Reception team, housekeeping, barmens, made my stay perfect. Duty hotel manager was very helpful. Hotel territory is very clean. Rooms are amazing. I liked to use hotel app for all my needs including all types of reservations.

I didn't like the restaurants outside of the everyday buffet. I didn't feel as though the food was quality, but the buffet was amazing and had a little of everything. My hotel room had a leak in the ceiling and damaged my clothes and prevented me from going to my friends birthday luncheon which we had already paid for. We had no electric and were not able to be on time.

I love the environment, the convenience and the staff. The property was beautiful.

The write up was misleading and deceptive. We were meant to have $600+ resort credit but in reality you can apply it to very few things and only $1-$30 depending on what it is. There is no way you can use it

There is no shuttle to and from the airport, and its close so it seems like it could be an option for a fee.

The property is well maintained, the beach is great! I traveled alone and felt very safe. The food is very good and I ate at the buffet 95% of the time.

No elevators to go to the 3rd floor.

I wish they had elevators. We had to go up all the way to the 3rd floor with our suitcases. Other than that…no complaints. Everything else was good. Service etc.

There’s no drink service around the pools/beach, you have to go get your drinks from the pool bar.

The resort was really nice! Easy and walkable to dining, pools, beach. So many activities for all age groups! There’s plenty of sitting around the pools! The sports bar was really nice for those who like to watch sports play a game of pool and it’s open late night.
