Staff was friendly and accommodating, property was clean, and location is convenient. Tons of entertainment and parties between all three resorts. My only complaints are food was mediocre, the wifi is horrible, and the room bar does not come with premium alcohol even with the Elite Club.

The resort rooms were very outdated, walls were dirty, and paint was peeling everywhere. The balcony was filthy and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The staff was friendly but one of our rooms was given to another guest as we were in the middle of the checkin process. As a result we were on completely different sides of the property and on different floors. The experience was not "ELITE" at all. The property was extremely expensive for the quality and should consider updating or lowering their rates.

From start it was bad.. Room was not ready... sink was broken.. internet wasn't working on tv.. couldn't access our Netflix log in.. I felt like I should have gotten less stress at elite an I felt I paid way too much and wasn't comfortable at all.. I honestly was disappointed

There is difficulty getting the reservations you want for your dinner preferences.

An adult-only, all-inclusive, beautifully situated hotel that’s not too far from the airport is the perfect vacation spot.

Well first off we booked dinner on the beach and there was a misunderstanding with the lady at the front desk. When we mentioned dinner on the beach she said would y’all like to book 7,7:30 or 8? We booked 8 because we knew we were doing excursions that day. Long story short, it was booked for 7pm without our acknowledgment then when I asked her about it she acted clueless and had an attitude as if she didn’t give us the option to book at 8. Why would we book 8 if SHE didn’t give us the option to? We still were able to have the dinner but it wasn’t decorated as advertised online esp for the price. The host was very nice though! and the food was decent. We had two wash cloths when we first arrived, then when I put in an order for the next day 2.5 hours passed before our excursion and I still didn’t receive them even after asking a housekeeper in the hallway about them. I understand they probably were busy. We had to use the same ones again and I just put another order in for some when we got back. The buffet food and room service food wasn’t good but what do you expect all inclusive? The bartenders were very nice and the drinks were good though! I probably wouldn’t stay here again first and last.

I liked the view and how close it was to the beach. The scenery was nice.

I loved the ambiance, the staff were so friendly. The room was top tier, the place was comfortable and the food was excellent. Thanks to Janieve (not sure if that’s how her name is spelt) as well from front desk who checked us in. She’s amazing ❤️

Everything was great!! We loved how close the property was to the airport - 15 minutes. The front desk staff were also warm and friendly. As a matter of fact, the reception staff, especially Sheldon, helped my now fiancé plan the perfect marriage proposal! The entertainment staff and photographers were top notch and very engaging. Finally, the restaurant staff, especially “Dr. Phil”, greeted us every morning with a smile and great conversation. We left the resort feeling like FAMILY!

I didn’t like the fact that they tried to charge me 18 extra hundred dollars for one on the person it was only two of us

I booked a suite for two people. Once I arrived at the resort they tried to charge me an extra $1800. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me they did not have anyone on duty so I left with My Husband and they still charged me for the room.

I think when checking in they should inform the elite club of all the perks that come with their stay.

The location was perfect 5 minutes from the airport. The hospitality and water sports were a plus.

The lack of food options…I was just recently in Cancun at a riu with the elite club and throats why I booked elite club again for Jamaica. The property in Jamaica only had one buffet. How is it a palace with only one buffet? And why a lot of the workers so mad and make you feel like you’re bothering them. I wish I knew the only lady that was nice to me every day, she only worked breakfast and lunch at the buffet. Overall this place was very small and had very poor food options.

I liked how quiet and empty the elite club pool and section was. It was nice to be able to sit on my balcony and relax or go to the cabana and read without it being loud and crowded
