I really enjoyed the food an room , but i felt like there could of been more music an better entertainment for the amount i spent.

Didn’t like that the room was just very basic nothing really made me go like wow . Also didn’t like that there wasn’t any carpet just tile flooring also only a thin sheet and thin blanket to cover up with if yu turn the air on it can get chilly

Property was very clean staff were in there cleaning for their lives you hear me lol the housekeeping staff did do a little decoration for my bday that I appreciated

What I didn’t like about the property, the bed didn’t have even cover, just a sheet. I think there should comfortable in the room. I also had to kill small little black ants in the room, not sure where they came from.

Overall mi stay wad good . I think they should look into having wristband to enter your room key card's are so out dated. It's a hassle carrying a key card's when u have no pockets I think that will be a big help to your guests. Thanks Dennis

We loved the food at the hotel, but there must have been some ingredient, or maybe the choice of oil to cook the food, we became sort of bloated and have painful trapped wind a lot in the last few days of the holiday. We were cautious what we chose but it kept happening. We didn't manage to try the a La carte restaurant unfortunately, there was no room and or it was closed during the 8 days that we stayed at Riu Reggae. Lasagne served in the Italian restaurant was very salty, unfortunately did not enjoy that at all. However lasagne in the buffet restaurant was tasty.

We liked; The mini bar in our room. All staff. Housekeeping, bar, reception, restaurants. It really was clear to us that all staff were welcoming and seemed to genuinely want you to enjoy and relax, or get in amongst the fun with the Ent team. No pressure, just friendly and approachable. Food and the choice of restaurants. Jerk chicken at the jerk hut, delicious! The walk between Riu Reggae and another Riu hotel which you were allowed at. The other hotel had a small waterpark, which was really fun! Even though I was there to celebrate my 40th birthday. Entertainment at hotel was fab, whether it be poolside during the daytime, or in the evening - choreography was on point! Amazing. Nachos and patties in the lobby bar were super tasty and restocked a number of times throughout the day. The hotel overall was just great, thank you all very much. Taxi drivers at the entrance were so friendly and helpful, made you feel at ease. The efforts made to make New Year's Eve special and memorable was commendable - absolutely everything was AMAZING!

Wish there was more authentic Jamaican food. Also I booked 2 double beds and all they gave me is one king bed room. They stated they didn't have any doubles available, although I booked at least a month in advance. Drinks were weak, but tasted good. Only get a buzz from the red wine.

Steakhouse dinner wasn't good.

Breakfeast, lunch, and dinner at the buffet was great. Lots of options. Room was nice and cleaned daily. Pool with swim up bars were great. It's right on the beach. Jerk Chicken stand was also awesome. Felt pretty upscale. Great for the price!

The beds and pillows are awful. The spa was not very ‘calming’ but the people were nice. The prices were a little high for the overall value.

The staff were friendly and the entertainment team was a lot of fun. The location was nice and well kept. The NYE event was lovely.

Rooms were not ready for check-in at 4.30pm when the official check-in time is 3pm. The hotel is located in the flight path for the airport so there are often planes flying over making significant noise. It was not possible to watch YouTube on the TV.

The staff were friendly. The reception team left a birthday gift in my room. The facilities are good. The New Year celebrations were great.
