The stafffff every single staff member from cooks, to entertainment, to reception, phenomenal cleaning crew every had smiles, showed respect i loved them. They made the stay more enjoyable. Clean facility. Seems like they are doing renovations but what business doesn’t, didnt bother much at all.

United KingdomBooking my stay with booking.com did not give me value for money. If I had book direct with the hotel I would have gotten more. I paid twice the price others pay and did not even get an ocean view room wish I thought was what I book initially. I woke up staring at a wall. I know it’s out the hand of staff what guest does but having been woken 3 am out of my sleep to noise was unacceptable. Another let down was the pools were not made for swimming.

Activities Team was amazing. They were full of energy, swim-up bartenders were great and very attentive. Housekeeping kept our room clean and well stocked and the overall staff in the dining room and around the resort was helpful and pleasant at all times during my stay. The food selection we pretty good for resort food.

Also, upon check-in, no one informed us about the key that had to be inserted in the slot on the wall, too power the room. It took numerous trips downstairs and phone calls to the front desk before it was actually explained to us in detail on how to turn on the lights.

Everything was great. The food, staff and overall experience was amazing I loved everything but wouldn’t recommend if you want quiet but definitely if you want to have a good time and a memorable sleepless vacation. This is your place.

United KingdomI would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my stay at your hotel. I encountered several issues that greatly affected my experience. Firstly, I was disappointed with the lack of attention given to restocking the bar in my room. I repeatedly had to request for it to be replenished, which was an inconvenience. Additionally, upon arrival, I was informed by the reception team to collect a bottle of brandy from the bar in the lobby. However, when I approached the bar and requested the bottle, I was denied by the bar manager. It was only after I insisted on speaking to the general manager and explained that I had paid for an all-inclusive package that they finally agreed to restock the bar in my room. Furthermore, I was disheartened by an incident that occurred inside the bar. I was standing in front of two young ladies and some other guests who happened to be white. Despite my presence, one of your male staff members chose to ignore me and instead served the other white guests. This act of discrimination made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I found it unacceptable that I had to repeatedly request for drinks to be restocked in my room. As an all-inclusive guest, I expected the bar to be replenished either on a daily basis or upon request. Instead, I had to engage in a heated argument with the management before they agreed to fulfill this basic service. It was only when I threatened to escalate the matter to the general manager that they finally took action. I believe that these issues greatly impacted my overall experience at your hotel. As a paying guest, I expect to be treated with respect and receive the services that I have paid for. I hope that you take my feedback seriously and address these concerns to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar problems.

I don’t enjoy Run cream At times there were no clean fresh beech towels ( very unacceptable) the excuse was that it’s one laundry room serving 3 hotels (That is not the guests problem) may I suggest one laundry facility for each hotels . Do you have one kitchen for 3 hotels?
I liked the fact that the front desk called to wish me a happy Valentine’s Day/ Birthday I liked the manner in which the house keeping lady prepared my room for my birthday with the balloons over the bed and made a towel design on the bed. The servers at all bars, dining room were excellent
