Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe WiFi connection was extremely unstable and barely worked. When I asked the front desk about the service, I was told that sometimes it doesn’t work properly.
The hotel appears to have been newly renovated. The deluxe king room with the kitchenette was great. The staff were kind, helpful and protective. The hotel entrance is secured by a large door that is monitored by security 24/7. Rooftop pool is small but the view was nice and there is a bar. Breakfast was tasty although the selection is limited.

Love the pool and the overall vibe of the place. Very upscale look. Bathroom was very modern and everything was clean. The bed was nice and soft and the room was modern. Great internet and Television. The food is great her and the staff goes above and beyond.

The Sago Palm hotel exceeded my expectations in everyway. Located in the heart of every thing. Getting out and around was easy. I traveled alone and I felt safe when I went out. Lots of shops and restaurants around to sample the local delicacies and feel the true spirit of Jamaica. The staff at the hotel were all phenomenal! Great food that came piping hot! Clean and well maintained rooms and surroundings. I can't fault anything about this hotel. I am very happy that I chose to stay there and will return and proudly give my recommendations.

I have a medical problem if I have too much salt, your chefs went out of their way to be sure that I was able to enjoy all of my meals and not have to worry. That made our stay in Ocho Rios so much better. I would recommend the accommodations and the food to anyone.
