The property could do with a makeover.

The room was excellent. All necessary amenities were available. Krystal and Crystal were awesome hosts. Breakfast was filling and on time.

The shower did not have hot water. It was not freezing cold, so it wasn't the biggest deal, but worth mentioning.

The staff was all very welcoming and helpful. The room was simple but had all we needed as we spent very little time on the property. If you are looking for an affordable and comfortable place to sleep while exploring the area, this is a great fit. The breakfast included was from Reggae Palette across the street, except on Sunday when that restaurant is closed and they used somewhere else. Reggae Palette has really great food, and we also ate there for dinner a few nights (highly recommend asking Mr Shaw to make you some shrimp or fish). The Sea Shell Palms property is fenced, and they have a security guard on-site 24/7. The security was always very helpful if we had questions outside of office hours.

We did not get to spend much time there.

Our receptionist( host) was exceptional (I've forgotten her name... I'm not good with names). She was courteous, attentive and provided detailed information on services and amenities available. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed...plus complimentary refreshment. We also appreciated that the location was central and the area was quiet. This was overall a beautiful location and a great stay.

Based on the labeling on bookings.com, the 'on the ground labeling' appears to be misleading. The 'Bed and breakfast' tagline, did the property some 'injustice', when compared to the actual high quality of the apartment accommodation offered to the public.

The breakfast was filling, and just what was ordered. The delivery was also professionally done.

Just the check-in office was a bit rustic looking.

Room design was perfect for us. It had a kitchenette with fridge and basic necessities likes coffee, tea, cups and plates. Breakfast served to your room daily for all the guests(we were a party of 4 ladies). Rooms were very clean. Staff was extremely responsive, we needed a shower head replacement and we got it minutes after reporting it. Staff and security very pleasant and vigilant.

The outdoor pool was the portable one, though it was kept clean and well maintained I had a personal preference for the in ground pool. The shower was also a bit small.

Staff was kind and polite. Asked for room decor and it was exceptionally done. Got a room upgrade since it was our honeymoon which was really kind. Room has a smart tv and a/c. Breakfast came on time each morning. They have lots of breakfast options available. The security checked us in since we got there when the office closed. He was very polite and accommodating. Thank you Mr. Brooks. The kettle for making tea was right outside since its shared amongst the guests. There is also an iron available. The room had a beautiful wall mirror below the tv and another at the closet. Closet could fit all our luggage and there were hangers available.

The arrangement of the breakfast is a bit of a pain when you don't have a local SIM card. It's okay to arrange it through the reception office, but would be better if it can be arranged so somehow online.

Breakfast is very local not what we are usually accustomed to but the staff still tried to do their best with my dietary restrictions.

We met crystal she was very pleasant and helpful ,i told her about my very stricr diet and allergy informafikm and she even walked us down to a nondairy ice cream shop on the compound. Its also direcrrlt behind the police station so we felt safe . Location is also good ,if you don't have a car everything is close by. There was also a wonderful fruit lady across the street.

The location - states Ochi but you are staying in St. Mary about 10 mins from the town of Ocho Rios. So not too bad.

I like that we got value for our money. If you are looking for a place to rest your head for the night this is a great option that comes with traditional Jamaican breakfast options. The room was clean.

Everything was reasonable fine.

The location is in a quiet neighborhood and the breakfast was filling and tasty. The staff was customer friendly which made my stay quite pleasant.

Check out time should be at noon instead of 11 am giving adequate time to get packed and ready after breakfast.

Breakfast was awesome! Staff was engaging, professional and friendly. Location was secure and easy to find. Felt extremely safe with a police station nearby. Not far away from the main road but extremely quiet, you couldn't hear noises from the street or anywhere nearby. The sign/billboard on the main road indicating where to turn was perfect and strategically well placed. Loved that there was a kettle, microwave, mini refrigerator (with complimentary water and drinks), utensils and condiments in the room. Was so happy with the stay that I returned with friends a few days later.

Nothing. It was so weird because the security guard that assisted us was totally in not good conditions. He was like drugged and we were very afraid. We had to wait almost one hour until we could finally enter into our room and it was at night. I think we just had bad luck because the nest morning there was a different guard and he was a normal person. But it was not safe for two girls to find a situation like that at night and a man completely drugged.
