Kitchen area(open concept?) We joked about jogging from the sink to the stove and back. A bit more furniture. 1/2 luggage gurneys instead of putting luggage on the bed or on the floor when open and in use. More attached hangers. Unit needs a floor lamp by the bed. Beds were comfortable so where were the bed toppers?(Only flat and fitted sheet on the bed). Other than minor aesthetics. Still ok.

Our host Collin is a gem. Soft spoken and respectful. Loved most everything. Beautiful panoramic views both day and nighttime. Pretty garden .Huge family suite Bathroom updated and modern. Felt safe. Location close to the airport and amenities (beach/shopping) by car. Any minor issues handled immediately.

If you need a western style breakfast first thing in the morning and you are not going to do yourself , this is not a place for you. If you want get a western style breakfast , it is only 15 minutes by taxi , but you may or may not get taxis . I twice waited for more than 1 hour for route taxi and even Uber drivers kept cancelling. It depends on what time of the day. I learned my lesson and purchased a few eggs from nearby store and Colin boiled for me. Check the location how far from hip street where most tourists type food available. But it is too noisy to live near hip street. So do your tradeoff : quiet place or convenience.

This a little cozy place in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It was as advertised. The owner stays on site and took care of anything I asked. Colin is great host. Clean place with modern amenities. WIFI fast enough you can work remotely from this place. I felt safe throughout my stay.

The bed was very firm and small for my 6'3 husband. We are used to King sized beds.

The space was very nice, and a/c in the villa was fantastic. We enjoyed the view 😀 😎

The location was fairly close to the town centre (10 mins by taxi for a $150 JMD per person fare) but 2 taxi drivers were unable to find the location and got lost when we gave them the address and then tried to charge us 3 times the fare! We resorted to booking Ubers in the end which were very reasonable and will avoid you getting ripped off. Or better still - hire a car! There wasn't much in the way of local restaurants or bars or things to do within walking distance - it's not close to any resorts where you can use a pool or go for a meal - it's a very residential area. On hindsight, we should have done a bit more research on this before booking but were very comfortable there despite that.

The apartment was lovely - nice and clean and exactly as it appears on the site - there were lovely views from our garden-view veranda and from the roof of the property. The landlord was friendly and very attentive.

Everything was great

This place was recommended to me by a friend who had stayed here before, and I wasn’t disappointed. The apartment is securely gated, spacious and clean, with remote controlled aircon throughout. Great bathroom with walk in shower, just what was needed after a long flight. Collin the host is very attentive and accommodating, he proactively shared full directions to the property and even recommended his trusted driver who was on time, every time and was very helpful. Great stay all around, I would definitely stay here again. As a female solo traveller I felt comfortable and safe at this property.

It's very cozy for the cost no complaints. Did very good on the shampoo, lotion soap option. Thankful for the kettle and hair dryer. The air con great and fan above bed awesome! Bed was comfy

Very peaceful, very safe, good area, parking & a friendly host. Fulfilled all my needs and request when asked, including extra sheets & there’s even a roof terrace we were welcomed to use. I would definitely stay here again, great value for money and again a lovely host.
