Staff issues this visit. Front desk staffer was rude. I’ve paid the same price for the last five stays and was there one week earlier overnight. I was out in a room without a refrigerator, was told it’s not a guaranteed amenity and was told it would cost $10.00 nightly for one. Someone fixed the problem Ana said it was complimentary. If I have to pay for a refrigerator l, I will likely lodge somewhere else next time. I will be getting clarification before I book another stay there. And with perhaps staff shortage at the restaurant, I was expected to walk and pay for meal at the front desk and the front desk had me walk my own check to back to the restaurant. They could’ve handled that, I’m not a waitress and they likely want a tip for service?

The rooms were so hot upon arrival. We had ants and termites in our rooms and the beds were very uncomfortable. We had four rooms and none of them were next to each other. Resort is a generous term to apply to this hotel.

We primarily booked this hotel due to the proximity to the airport. It had everything we needed and was perfect for a 1 night stay. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating.

first there's no fridge in the room, no microwave, no iron plus board , the phone in the room doesn't work also there was ants in the bath room the towels are old they change color also the wash cloth, it look like they limit you the towel and wash cloth reason why i say this is because two of us in the room and it only two towels and two wash clothes if we need extra there's none we can't call because the phone isn't working .

The scenery is beautiful the staff are very nice i like the resort i would come again but with conditions. if you up grade the room's.

Great scenery. Rooms clean with good AC and hot water. Great place to take pics because of the beautiful gardens. Food at the restaurant is good and reasonably priced. You can literally get a good dinner for $10. Two nice pools and Toby's gets a plus for warm water in the pool. You can use the pools late nights because the water is heated. Great welcoming staff.

The place needs a lot of updating and it shouldn’t call a resort at all. There was a lot of maintenance things that needed fixing, a lot of mosquitoes are in the room by That was not good at all.  The air condition unit needs to be fixed because it took till 11 at night to get the room cold and it was filthy because no one ever cleaned it so he had a lot of dust and oh my god that’s just like wow not good if you have sinus in health issue, it’s not the place for you to go. I called Tony’s results Tony’s emergency because if you have an emergency, then you might as well just go over there and stay for that one second but not as a week or a couple days at all,but again staff was amazing and that’s only reason why we stayed for that one night.
