United StatesWe booked a beach view. We got to our room, and there was no beach view. We needed to walk downstairs and around the corner to see and get to the beach. There are not enough hooks in the bathroom to hold bathroom towels. I most disliked the service at dining. Poor customer service, poor attitude, and unprofessional attitude. I ordered coffee and sat down at the bar in front of the kitchen. The young lady did not serve me coffee. She placed the coffee 3 chairs down after I was seated, and TOLD me she was not serving me coffee, and I had to go get it. I was SEATED!! I moved to where the coffee, sugar, and milk was placed. Unacceptable!! I will not be back. The kitchen staff just stood there looking.
The beach attendant was very nice and accommodating. He was always willing to help. I also liked that security was always available day or evening. Karen, the gate guard, deserves a raise. She helped us navigate the taxi system, getting to and from town.

The rooms were very clean, friendly staffing and the food at the their restaurant was very good as well. I wish I could've stayed longer.

CanadaBudget hotel. Towel service and tv would be nice. The balcony was filthy. The property needs larger garbage container in room and property. Also, I recommend that you include a broom and dust pan in the closet. After two days, the sand and garbage accumulates.
Location was very good. Breakfast was okay however Marley’s was significantly better. The food on the hotel strip was very expensive for the quality. Poor value. I recommend Best in the West and Catch A Falling Star for your dining options. Marley’s served a great breakfast however dinner was a gong show. The young man who managed and cleaned the beach area and provided lounge chairs and umbrellas was genuinely amazing. Hard worker and great with the kids. Same for the lifeguard. The service staff at the hotel and beach were equally gracious. Front desk was also very accommodating. Overall a very good experience. Awesome location and 10 minute walk to Hi-Lo Grocery store.

I asked for an iron which I managed to obtain one from reception but alas no ironing board. The curtains on the window I feel should cover more of the door because you can see through the cracks
All staff members from owner, to reception staff, grounds staff and security guards were very helpful and extremely friendly, lovely people. The room was nice and big. I loved the little studio flat.

JamaicaI didn’t know that the beach side and garden side or on different sides of the road. I booked the beach side but the parking and the front desk are on the garden side. So I had to keep going back and forth across the road. I didn’t like the fact that room service was every other day because we spent only 2 nights so we didn’t get room service nevertheless we were able to get fresh towels at the front desk. The weird thing too is that there are no Tv in the rooms. I’ve never seen that before.
The room was clean, the staff were very polite and helpful. I liked that they had a pool table, it was nice and quiet. The bar and grill were pretty affordable and the food was great. There were also other restaurants near by that sells local food.
