JamaicaThere’s no entertainment and I hateee the fact that they only have A La Carte restaurants and no buffet. And you wait foreverrrrr for your meal. Room service takes forever too. Idk I’d give this place a 6/10.
I liked that the location was very central. They had a fairly good stocked fridge too.

United StatesRefrigerator did not work the entire stay even tho they said maintenance would fix it, so we had to keep asking for buckets of ice. Butler service was a little lazy in my opinion and you need the whatsapp downloaded BEFORE you go.

United StatesThe main pool was small and strange. Lots of steps and walls in the pool, so I kept bumping my knees, feet and bum on everything. Got annoyed so I got out. The beach area was very dirty, full of seaweed and trash. It was very small and would be easy to clean up…so I was surprised they didn’t, especially being a Hyatt owned property. Also, in my room, the tv didn’t work, outlet’s didn’t work, and the outdoor terrace lights didn’t work but maintenance fixed the the television around 35 minutes later. There wasn’t a large selection of food choices available but it was all-inclusive so that’s a plus.
The rooms and grounds were very nice. Food and drinks were available all day. Staff was nice and attentive.

PolandIn the hotel you have a double treatment- if you pay something extra to the people as ‘tips’ you can expect better service but it shoudnt be like that in hotel all inclusive! The portions of food and the variety. The portions are really small. When we ordered as a starter bruschetta we got two crackers smaller than Oreo cookie!! We just started laugh and ordered one more portion which wasn’t appropriate in eyes of employees so we wait for our dish one hour. During your whole stay you can order food to the room- don’t expect to get it fast. It takes from one hour to one and a half to get brekfast (natural jog yet with granola+fruits and pancakes) Hotel is really loud at night! Stuff doesn’t care that guest are sleeping so they do what they have to do but no respecting privacy at all. The last cleaning is coming at 8:30pm and when you send them away because somebody takes a bath they barging in!!!!! Unbelievable. From the hotel you can order taxi- here also some interesting fact. Everyone in a hotel will give you different price for a trip- including driver… The place in the evning is basically dead... No modern music, no real life in a bar. You just feel like enemy everytime you ask about something. So the evenings we spend on our balcony.
Hotel nicely located with a narrow beach. Big rooms with nice view. The plus for server dedicated to your room, but dont be a fool... Better just go and order something by yourself because it will take hours before it is in your room

United KingdomThere were a number of small things which could easily be corrected and I hope they soon will be. I'd have expected a complimentary taxi from the airport and a trip or two into Montego Bay itself - craft market or Hip Strip. TVs aren't set up to stream?! And it needs to be just a little more lively - doesn't need to be live music but something past 8pm would make all the difference. These things didn't spoil our holiday but for the prices charged, I'd really expect them.
Fabulous! An idyllic resort on the most beautiful piece of coastline. The onsite team were fabulous and the food was excellent. We had an exceptional stay here.

United StatesFood options are limited, nothing available late at night as nobody was there to cook anything, bathtub on balcony didn’t work: lighting in the room was very dim, staff members were aggressive and harassing us by knocking on the door and calling our room for an hour long because he thought one of us was attractive and it was very uncomfortable / made us feel unsafe.

United StatesEven with numerous complaints each day, There was no hot water our entire stay. The mini bar wasn’t stocked until day in the evening after mentioning it several times. They ran out of certain food and had very minimal drink selections which was confusing for an “all inclusive, adult only resort”.
The staff was amazing especially Kimberly and Kaneisha, dinner with them each night was a pleasure. The knew exactly what we wanted and preferred and made sure it was provided without us having to ask. Simply great service!

United KingdomClose to the airport runway which means its noisy from planes, but you do get used to it. Some facilities weren't available.
The Resort is beautifully designed with tropical exotic gardens and great spaces. The room was amazing with the most comfortable bed ever and a view from paradise. Hotel staff are wonderful, happy and helpful.

In the end I was charged for a room I did not get and had to jump threw hoops to get the matter addressed. Only to be offered points which I declined because I will never patronize the Hyatt again. I feel terrible that the other pleasant staff and beautiful location will suffer due to poor leadership

United StatesRude staff, room wasn’t ready for checkin at 3:00pm, electronic door wouldn’t open (had to wait 20 minutes in the heat). Bugs and lizard in my suit and hotel staff held me hostage at check out and threatened violence against me if I didn’t pay an additional $199 before leaving. Also, the food was terrible; it was like eating cardboard.
