Little bit more steps to get in but I can not see it like a real problem.

A perfect choice to visit Petra on a budget. We spent 2 peaceful nights as a couple in panoramatic room. The staffs are exceptional. They help us arrange private driver to Wadi rum in reasonable price and they can arrange Wadi Rum tour for you too. Dinner and breakfast offered by hostel have lots of choices. You can buy water and snacks there at better prices than the markets around. Box rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Hostel is located 5 minutes walk from the Petra site. Do not hesitate to book with them.

Everything. Close to Petra entrance. The individual cabines are big and seems you have an entire room just for you (only needing to share the bathroom. For the price and service, you'll not find anything better in Petra for sure! Thank you for the great service.

Pod can be pretty hot during day, as AC doesnt reach all pods properly.

The staff is super friendly, great breakfast and also a lovely dinner. Location is perfect (close to Petra entrance) and I love the fact you've your own pod. The bathroom was super clean!!

Honestly nothing, one thing to improve though would be the directions to find it since it took me a while and had to ask around.

The staff are incredibly nice and try to help as much as they can, they are constantly cleaning the bathrooms and rooms so it’s incredibly clean!

nothing really, it’s really good for what you’re paying for!!

I was hungry late at night and asked if there’s anything open that I can go to eat something, they told me nothing was open but they could arrange something ordered, like kebab.. I said that it’s fine and I’ll just walk around. He then offered me dinner free of charge from the kitchen as there were leftovers from the dinner buffet, and must stay it was really delicious! This is just to say how they’re willing to take that extra step to make sure you’re happy!!! Great place with amazing people!

Cleaning staff (lady) was always in the dorm room watching videos and eating food, better to do this in the common area.

this was our First time in this kind of hostel and it is really amazing manager was very kind and he offered to us room with better view for the same price it is really clean, good wifi, clean bathroom and there wasn’t hot which is good, comfortable bed

The location was excellent. The showers had a toilet in the same room so you can get ready very comfortably and a hairdryer also available (at least in thr girls bathroom) with free towels also available if needed. The staff was really great and the room was as cosy as promised . I was really happy with how clean the whole hostel was and the overall experience. Perfect for a short visit!

The hostel itself had no lift/elevator which was located on 5th floor. If you have big luggages, you need to exert effort and energy to finally reach the reception for check in.

The location was perfect. Good value for money. Very accommodating staffs and helpful.

Nothing except it’s a long flight of stairs to get up but it’s definitely worth the view

The property has situated about 2 mins walk from the entrance to Petra and many restaurants. The beds were fantastic as were the toilet facilities. Most importantly the staff always went above and beyond to serve our needs for example they made sure my friend who missed the last bus to Amman to catch a flight got a shared taxi in time for a decent price in short notice. furthermore I highly recommend to take their tour of wadi rum and stay in rumi camp where they rivalled cabins hostel hospitality!

The dinner (buffet) is great(like a sumptuous banquet)! The campsite organizes great tours in the Wadi Rum area for visitors to choose from: jeep tours(2, 3 and 4 hours) and camel tours!

At the time everyone is in the hostel its almost impossible find available toilet because all of them are combined with showers. It means there are occupied all the time. But everything is clean and nice.

I really liked the place. Nice welcome, nice common area, cabins are comfortable, high level of privacy. Everything is clean. What I really recommend is dinner in the hostel. It was really good. Hostel also offer laundry.

I booked a corner room with windows on 2 sides. It got very hot, but the manager moved me quickly, which was much appreciated.

The hostel is literally a 5 minute maximum walk from Petra Viator centre. I like how the cabins are very spacious. I was able to get a shower before check in so I could then head straight to Petra. The whole cabin locks (bring a padlock for this) and then you have a lockable cupboard in your cabin which has a key for.
