The only downside is no Spa. Its disappointing that the Spa has been closed all of the 3 times i have visited.

the staff, from the porters, security, check in to waiting staff are all excellent, friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast selection is great, room service superb. Rooms are big and comfy, great mattresses

The two nights I spent in room 407 was noizy at night after 12 midnight. The noise was something like some body knocking a wall or floor. I used to wakeup on that noise and broke my sleep.

I like the building location, the room, the breakfast kitchen staff. They were amazing very helpful, very kind and welling to help. I really appreciate them. And wish you to let them know how happy Iwase during my stay.

Rooms were a little shabby.

Front desk staff was nice. We were awoken at 10:30pm by a room service lady who was trying to give us a fruit plate. Breakfast was ok, it was quite busy while we were there and the staff was trying to keep up the best they could, but the buffet was messy and food kept running out. Understandable.

The very big downside for me was the poor internet. I need the internet to work and during my visit, I lost some money because I couldn't use the stock exchange.

Good location, with valet, rooftop bar/restaurant, and a pool with bar too. The beds/bedding was very comfortable. Nice fast elevators and decent A/C. Traditional style breakfast.

The internet was weak in the room. The hair conditioner was empty. I know that the above can be solved immediately if we talked to room service, but because we stayed only for one night, so it was not so important. The worst thing in the stay was the smell of some area and especially once you enter the breakfast area. Please take note of this.

The location of the hotel is perfect especially for people who do not like the beach a lot. The check-in process was very fast and the staff are friendly.

The parking is open air on sand so the car comes boiling and dirty from the sand parking. For a 5 stars hotel, I suggest installing umbrellas and asphalt parking. Also, I didn't like the pool, it's very small and not so clean. And the bathroom next to the pool was very small, water was leaking all over the floor. It was so small the you cannot change or to care for your baby (change their diapers and clothes) and there were no dedicated changing areas that i know of. Also, the water bottle next to the pool was for 3.5 JD!

I liked the food. The extremely helpful staff. The cleanness of the room. The hair dryer was amazing. I wished to buy one like it 😅

washroom layout. the door was awkward. they should but sliding doors, as the place is not for conventional door.
