We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Statesrestaurant management were very rude and unprofessional. they didn't do the bare minimum of checking that we paid for dinner and kept rudely telling us we were not allowed to dine. restaurant manager yelled at employees in front of us even though the restaurant staff were doing an amazing job and doing their best to serve all guests. restaurant staff were well trained and very welcoming. they don't deserve to be treated this badly by their management in front of guests.
reception staff were very friendly and did their best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. they upgraded one of the 5 rooms we booked, for free, and gave us late checkout to 3 of the 5 rooms.

Israel1- The main restaurant are very busy there is a lot of delay for guest orders such as coffee the need more staff it's very busy. 2- I couldn't sleep all the night because A/C are not cool ver hot. 3- The furniture are old and low quality not 5 star hotel room. 4- public area especially bathroom are dirty and have bad smell
Upon check out I was very upset but the manager Ahmed give us a chance to stay again there for one more night and he is very professional. Let me cancel my booking in Aqba city and book other night with them The pools and beach were incredible my kids enjoyed playing in the kids pools Very nice resort and big with all the appliances to be the best hotel in aqaba My score will be 10 out 10 for the manager Ahmed for his care and his hospitality thank you so much

United KingdomHuge selection of restaurants but given it was off season they all seemed to Ben selling similar food. Would have been better if they opened fewer restaurants but there was a bit more variety.
Fantastic setting and really well equipped. Our concierge Saif was really helpful in taking us to our room and. Getting us settled in. Hotel had the feel of a much higher quality/ prestige hotel than the price dictated. Adult pool!!
