Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The shower head was not working well I asked the manager to change it without success… The pole doesn’t hold the shower head indeed and the shower head spray is completely broken 😡

The position is not central in Madaba. The room and also breakfast were really essential, nothing special. Also unfortunately I must say that Madaba, despite being a really nice city, is really dirty. It is a pity that people don't care about their city
The room was quite big. There is a free parking area near the hotel. The position is good to get to the airport very easily (20 min)

We had a nice stay at Rumman Hotel. They gave us good advice for the rest of our itinerary ito visit Petra and go to Wadi Rum afterwards. The hotel is clean and breakfast was a variety of warm and cold local dishes.

The people of Rumman Hotel are extremely nice and helpful. I had a great experience from the moment I entered and was welcomed wholeheartedly. The room was clean, big, and comfortable. The breakfast was great and diverse. I would highly recommend this hotel that is a walking distance from the centre and touristic places!

The bathroom cleaness was average: not super clean as most of Jordans accommodations.
The stuff is extremely nice. You will get useful information and recommendations at the front desk: where to eat, what to do, where to shop, etc. Coffee, tea, water is free of charge anytime. The windows has really good noise cancellation. The location is good, like 10 minutes walk from the downtown. The hotel is not super new but nice inside and well cleaned. The room, the sheets, towers are clean.

Very clean and cozy room. Friendly and helpfull stuff. Huge free parking area behind the hotel. Hotel is situated nearby many restaurants, shops and the airport. Delicious breakfast.

Nice hotel within walking distance to all main attractions of Madaba. Our room was big and clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. Next to the hotel is a big and free carpark. We absolutely LOVED the local breakfast wich is served buffet style: crunchy falafel, creamy hummus and fresh vegetables. The owner was nice and helpful.

I wish there was a kettle, cups and tea in the room.
Good location, it's possible to walk to the historic center. Clean, comfortable. Nice staff. Tasty breakfast (buffet). Good quality for a very good price.

Towels are old and can be replaced.
Great hotel, clean and good value. I specially want to thank Fahad who is from Palestian, he deeply cares about my well being as solo female traveler, and he take cares of me. Fahad has a golden heart. I ll return to Rumman simply because of Fahad!
