We stayed in December and at least for me, the air con is too small to adequately heat that size of a tent. I personally prefer temperatures of at least 22 celcius but doubt they reached even 17 Celcius inside the tent at night.

Welcoming and attentive staff, varied and tasty food at breakfast and dinner, good size tents with wi-fi, fridge, and comfy beds.

We loved our bubble tent which was absolutely stunning with stunning views. Hassan was very kind and generous. We had a very nice jeep tour thanks to Atid who did his very best to meet our expectations. We also had a sunrise camel tour arranged by the camp that we highly recommend. In general everyone took extra care of us and was very welcoming we couldnt thank them enough. We had meals in the camp and they were good with lots of varieties.

Very nice camp with pods. Clearly frequented by the locals and great set-up with campfire, shisha, music and dancing. The desert setting is beautiful and staff were really friendly. Activities were available on demand, such as camel sunset ride.

Hasan camp is well managed. We visit the camp during the winter and the main utilities (hot water and heater) was fully functional. All staff was very kind and helpful. We stayed at the satellite camp away from the main road and quite remote. It was once in a lifetime experience to be spending the night in the dessert. Room was well prepared with an extrabed provided for free. Weather was not great that night as it was raining and the hotel staff was kind enough to bring us the food to our room. Dinner was also on the house. The dessert safari on jeep tour organized by the hotel was the main attraction and it was memorable experience. The jeep driver - Faraj - was a wonderful tour guide who showed us around and took great photoshoot. We were a family of 4 and really had a pleasant stay at Hassan camp.

one of the best stay ever in Wadi Rum. we booked martian tent, the owner Hasan is incredible and treats you like his own family. At night they have fire-camp and they dance for us, you can join if you like. The food was incredible, staff was really helpful, they offer activities like jeep tour, camel ride and Stargazing with extra fee. If I visit next time without any doubt I will stay here again. Thank you Mr. Hasan , You made our stay the best.

There are no any complaints Clear 10 for hospitality!

Upon arrival was warmly welcomed by stuff. They explained me briefly all available tours, schedule and duration, also were responsive in short timely manner over Booking as well. Food is delicious, variety of meet, vegan dishes, fresh salads, also warm tea available during whole day. Cozy atmosphere at camp, everybody are contributing in providing an experience to remember, ethno music and dance in the evening next to the fire in garden. Maureen tent was just as a dream...

the property is very conveniently accessible. the owner, staff and everyone else were exceptionally helpful and friendly. we loved the jeep tour and the camel rides. the food was amazing and nothing fell short. we loved the Martian tents which were very well equipped and had everything we needed. the owner Hasan Zawaideh himself is always on the property and engages with the guests and is always ready to help. the bonfire, the tea and the Zarb (chicken cooked underground) were really good. would definitely visit again and would highly recommend! P.S. The owner, Hasan Zawaideh, is very humble and an amazing person. thank you for the hospitality!

The only thing I’d say here is that you pay a lot of money for the Martian tent for the view and the experience. It’s not a luxury stay so don’t expect luxury. It’s very comfortable and clean, just don’t expect a pampering. And also the food is nothing amazing. It’s good just not anything above average.

Hasan Zawaideh camp has an awesome location in Wadi Rum. It’s close enough to the main road where you can drive and park any 2WD vehicle, whereas a lot of properties require you to leave your car and hop in a 4WD drive across the desert (that has its own benefit for sure but we liked being able to park at the property). It faces west so you get amazing sunsets and an awesome view over Wadi Rum. The staff is very attentive and always looking to serve you. we stayed in a Martian tent and it was truly epic. The rest of the property is also very nice and kept clean and in order. we highly recommend Hasan Zawaideh camp!

The whole experience was amazing, which makes me want to go back. Everyone was extremely welcoming and attentive to our needs. We took the 4 hour jeep trip through the desert and didn't even know when the time had passed. From stunning scenery, to a gorgeous sunset and tea with Bedouins in the desert, the experience in Wadi Rum was unforgettable. In the evening we relaxed with traditional music by a campfire and local food.

The location, food and accomodation was perfect. Hospitality was outstanding. Response time on extra request was very swift and it was perfectly satisfied. I asked for a birthday cake in the middle of the desert to celebrate my daughter's birthday on the evening of arrival, when I only booked the room (tent) in the morning. :-)
