The smell in the room and the air conditioning, which had some problems.

The location is perfect. The food at dinner was excellent, traditionally prepared. The room was big and clean. Nice view from the terrace of our Martian tent.

The bathroom toilet seat cover in one room was broken but it was fixed quickly. The other rooms’s ac was not cooling initially but was fixed promptly. The dinner was extra 60 JoD and drinks not included, and breakfast timings were not explained at check in so we missed breakfast.

Stargazing under the clear night at Wadi Rum and sipping delicious chai. Very pleasant location and Hasan is very responsive to requests.

The tents and rooms were very cozy, the beds were comfortable. There was always mint tea and water service. The employees of the camp were super friendly and social, always looking for our needs. There were several events and programmes facilitated by the camp aswell.

Firstly, it was a real nice experience of my life. The place is located on the entrance of wadi Rum. İt is so well because you can go there by car on the road. The owner and the stuff was so kind and gave their best hospitality. They can arrange good camel and jeep tour in the wadi Rum. The tents are so comfortable and air-conditioner was well. The breakfast was good. I definitely could say the traditional dinner was beyond my expectation. Also the night you can see clear sky with full of star.

We had the Jeep tour at sun set and Abdullah the owners son was an excellent guide. Also had the sun rise camel tour and the guide was very nice as well. Over all it was an excellent experience. Would do it again. Nice people 👍🏻.

Slight smell to the tent, lots of flies but that seems everywhere in Jordan. Could do with some fly catchers.

Arrived at camp wonderful hospitality, checked in to the Martian tent. Very calm and peaceful. Breakfast lunch and dinner was buffet and they cooked dinner Bedouin style in the ground. Comfy beds, great setting and surroundings for spotting some shooting stars with option to go on the star gazing tour also. The keep your was great, on the back of a pick up truck is the way around in wadi rum, took us to all the spots and it was so quiet and peaceful nice to just be out driving around the reserve and spots to the Bedouin tents for chia tea. Again all great hospitality and welcoming people! Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would go back in a heart beat!

This camp was amazing to stay at, we stayed there two nights. Great staff, amazing people, great activities (jeep tours, camel tour), great animation at night. The tent were clean and the food was excellent ! We were sad to leave, if we come back one day in Jordan, we will go back to this camp for sure !

Such a special camp in a special Wadi. Very clean, friendly staff, well organized, great design of the bubble and camp overall, great range of activities, comfortable cars, delicious food.... The best was the jeep tour with Bader. It was amazing not only because he took us to very beautiful spots on the Wadi, but he is also a fun, happy guy to be around. Also the best DJ in the camp :). Ask for Bader for your camp activities and you will be happy! Unfortunately only had time to stay 1 night but would come again in a heart beat!

There were guests that stayed up late and were talking loud. I think there could be a policy about “quiet time” say after 11 pm or even 12 am so people that want to enjoy the desert’s silence can do so. This wasn’t our camp’s fault but a close by camp played loud and blasting music well after midnight (at least 1:30 am). That was really irritating. The owner said he would bring it up to the other camp’s management the

I liked everything about the property. The location is amazing, Hasan and his staff are just incredible, always smiling, available and helpful. The room was clean and the bed really comfortable. The food was spectacular and the tours they offer are just perfect: camel ride and jeep tour with the best staff you can find in Wadi Rum! it was a magic experience.

We stayed 2 nights and the buffet was exactly the same..meaning if you stayed 3 nights,you would get tired of the food.

Most of it..good breakfast buffet and a good dinner buffet. Rooms had strong AC and strong water,hot or cold. Hassan and Hussein were very nice and accommodating. The campfire at night with the arabic dancing were entertaining.
