“The booking was not clear meaning on site, the written explanation was only standard room and when I got there, they say my smoking room is ready, I am not smoking at all….. and it took a long time to change to another non smoking room. Other than that, the non smoking room was fine. If the air conditioner can change the temperature will be better. Breakfast was just ok, not fancy not bad, just enough to get energy.”
