I would expect them to clear the dishes from the room, we didn’t expect them to clean it entirely as they told us upfront they do it once in a while, but at least to take out the dishes and give us new ones. But that really had zero effect on our experience there.

The room, when heated during cold weather, can get very dry. It would have been nice to have a humidifier in the room. Larger moisturizing cream in the room would also be great.

The location is very peaceful and quiet, but only a short drive/cycling from main attractions. The room is very spacious and stylishly designed. Very comfortable to stay in. This is also the first time I stay in a hotel that takes in room coffee making seriously. The fresh coffee beans, the high quality hand grinder, electronic scale and pour over tools/filter allowed me to make a great coffee the same way I do at home. Staff are also very nice and helpful.

The property is spectacular. The level of attention for the guest is unmatched. We were so well taken care of, the staff were amazing. We would especially like to thank the man at reception on 23th and 24th of March - sorry we didn't catch your name, but we would like to say our warmest thank yous! Our room was spacious, heated floors, great design, everything was well thought out and the natural materials made all the difference. The bathroom was amazing on its own but the outdoor bath was simply incredible - being able to relax with a bottle of the finest 7c wine in the hot water under the rain was magical. I also have to mention the incredible breakfast - the selection of locally grown products was so special, we enjoyed our mornings to the fullest! We can't recommend 7c winery and villa enough! We only wish we planned a longer stay so we could enjoy more time in this lovely place. I hope we get to return again in the future!

No milk for coffee. Wine tour is only available around 2 pm but for late checking or early in the morning it's not possible.

Beautiful. Great location, just 12 mins to get from Kawaguchiko station by taxi. Coffee, tea, amenities, two types of pajamas in the room. The open air bath and super friendly staff. Also the wines and goodies in the store are great. No Mt. Fuji view in the room but the lake is close to the area so you can walk or drive to the scenic spot. The amount of food is good for girls but maybe not enough for guys.

It’s located in a bit of a remote area for tourists but actually I don’t see it as an issue if what you want is a relaxed time away from the world. There is an amazing market shop, cafe and restaurant next door and Mt.Fuji stands just out of sight but the tree lined Mountain view from the room is amazing. We walked a 5 mile walk around the north of the lake and it was beautiful with Mt Fuji in view. The town is very peaceful, a wonderful experience overall. Taxis are 5 mins to the station too.

The property was luxurious, it was just perfect for a relaxing break. The staff were extremely attentive and any requests were met. The extra touches like loungewear and a coffee maker were great. It is worth also booking a meal in the restaurant the wine pairing courses were delicious. I’d say the sparkling wine is the nicest I’ve ever had!

It was a really good experience. The room is big and well designed. Even the private onsen was perfect and works perfectly. But for Muslims, we could not eat their breakfast, so they brought a vegan alternative, which was really bad. The location was 8 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop, and no view on fuji mountain.

There were not many vegetarian dining options and not a lot to do right around the hotel. It was a relaxing stay if you plan to come and spend your time at the hotel.

The staff was attentive and kind. The room was clean and the private onsen as great but rather small. The food (especially the breakfast) was delicious.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. It is a small and simple hotel without special facilities, but the rooms are modern, very spacious, and comfortable. First, the parking and entry was very difficult to find in the dark. We arrived around 6pm and it was very dark by then. There is very few street lights or lights in the car park. We missed the side entrance because there is limited signage. I'm fairly sure the entry was blocked/closed with traffic cones too. Because we missed the entry we had to drive around extremely narrow and dark roads to find the accomodation. When we went for a walk after check-in we noticed the other main entry was blocked with cones and another guest was having difficulties driving out. I hope staff are reading this and can explain why they do this? On our stroll we could not find any restaurants open. There is very little to do after dark (7pm). We checked 3 or 4 restaurants on google and they were supposed to be open but when we got there they were all closed. Because we had so much difficulties with the car park we did not want to drive anywhere incase we couldn't get back in. We ended up going to a combini close by.

We stayed overnight in December and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I especially loved the outdoor bath that automatically kept the water at the set temperature. You will not have any concerns in cold weather. The room had air conditioning and heated floors. We even had to ask the staff how to turn it down because it was a little too hot for us. The light evening meal provided and breakfast were unique and delicious. I wish we had ordered dinner.

This hotel is unique. It’s a hotel in winery. We love the hospitality, the design, an open air bath, complimentary appetiser with white wine and wonderful breakfast. They are very in details and select the best for us which I believe it’s the same standard for all guests.

7C Villa and Winery exceeded all our expectations! The property is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. Dinner was phenomenal—every dish was beautifully prepared and delicious. absolutely nothing, i would come back here anytime!

this was my fifth time in japan and this is probably the best stay ive had. the property is newly built so it was immaculately clean (although no housekeeping, we were there for two nights). the staff is incredible, friendly and warm. the breakfast delivered to our room everyday was amazing. i recommend booking at least one dinner at the restaurant, the food and service were exceptional. the complimentary light meal was already good enough. they also have a store a couple of steps away from the hotel where they sell a lot of high quality souvenirs. the free winery tour and wine were a nice touch.
