GermanyBe aware that you have to book a room with a bathtub if you want one and that the hotel does not offer a laundry. The breakfast has to be eaten in your room (which is fine) but if your room is high up and it is windy, the food might fly away since it's an open hotel.
Great staff that speaks English and is very helpful. The location is convenient once you get to the hotel from the main station, which can be a pain with a lot of luggage. Room quality is good and there are even extra services such as renting a bike for free. There are a lot of things to do and see around the hotel.

Hong KongThe room look a bit smaller than the photo seen in the website. And one of the room I booked seem like the bathroom is bigger than the bedroom area. Can't say is all bad , as the bathroom got a big bathtub. Which is great for foreigners who is taller , as you know, Japanese normal bathtub could be quite small to fit in. The other room I booked has no bathtub, just showerhead so the sleeping area seems bigger. The breakfast is take out style. Wish they had dine in option. Then it would be better.
Location is great , so close to walk to the spaceship and the tower . Very pretty at night . Must go for photo shooting. The nearby area at the spaceship and tower have some higher price restaurants, but if you okay to walk one more block there are cheaper options 😉 the hotel could rent out bicycle if you need one.

MalaysiaNo laundry facilities, and there were no nearby coin-operated laundromats at all. Soundproofing was generally okay, but it was common to hear sounds of the toilet flushing, chairs scraping, etc coming from upstairs. And I’m not sure if this was a security feature but our room’s keycard touch panel was a bit wonky; we’d have to tap three times for the door to finally unlock (a minor inconvenience we eventually got used to!).
Convenient location. From Sakae station or Oasis 21 bus station, look for the NHK exit and that will take you right across the road to the hotel! This exit has an elevator too, so it’s good for people with luggage. I like that the hotel’s surrounding area is very lively with many shops and cafes, but the hotel itself is in a quieter part so we didn’t hear any loud noises at night. There’s also a Family Mart a bit further down the road and a hidden 7-11 within the NHK building. We came in from Tokyo, so our room felt relatively more modern and spacious with plenty of natural light.

Great value stay in Nagoya! It was nothing fancy, and some parts of the building and room were a bit dated, but it was fine given the price point. Everything was clean, so it didn't matter too much. The location is fantastic, and the staff were friendly as well.

Very good price for such a convenient location. A short walk to the closest metro station, only two stops away from Nagoya station. I could see Mirai tower from my window!

AustraliaIt's in a quiet area but the NHK building across the street has a very loud automated announcement every time a car leaves the parking area (from what I could understand). I could still sleep but it was a little bothersome - no fault of the hotel of course.
Service was great and the room was really nice and clean. It had everything I needed which made for a very comfortable stay. Located in very close proximity to Oasis21 and Sakae Station which was very convenient - only a few stops away from Nagoya Station and Nagoya Castle. Would highly recommend.
