Small locker room hallways, gets really cramped and busy before check out (luggage packing) and during bath/prep time in the morning (many users at the same time). Minor thing, not even that much of an issue

Clean bed and wash room, always stocked with toilet papers and other toiletries. No weird smells, well managed noise and lighting at sleep times. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff

It's steps away from Dotonbori, Donqi, and Namba station. The facilities are super clean, and in good shape. I really liked that the lockers, capsules, showers, and toilets were located on the same floor. The lockers fit a carry-on luggage, shoes, plus some bags. For bigger luggage, there's a section next to the lockers where you can place them (note it's not under lock). Overall, I was very pleased with this accommodation.

Great stay at Acro hotel on the Dotonbori river

Acro capsule hotel is a very basic convenient place to stay if you are a solo traveler, want to be in the center of things, have a nice comfy bed and quiet stay. The check-in was straight forward, free amenity's if needed. You get a card key for your personal locker and entrance to the floor/ main door of dorm room. There are 50 people in the dorm yet it is very quiet and feels safe. Everyone keeps to them selves. The bathrooms and showers are clean and just what you need. As you walk out of the hotel you are just a few paces away from attractions and restaurants. Great place to stay if on budget and solo traveling.

No cleaning of beds during my stay. Checkout takes a bit more time because you have to return items to the reception which is In a different floor and the elevator is usually busy

Spacious, good location and many places to stay within the floor. Common areas were nice and a lot of space to leave the luggage

Slightly uncomfortable beds, but then again this applies to majority of capsule hotels.

Lovely staff. They speak good english and are very helpful. Great location near Namba station.

    - I was on the 7th floor, which is a bit awkward as you have to take the elevator to the 6th floor and then climb the stairs from there. - The bedding/pillow feels pretty cheap. It's not terrible, but not great either. - As far as I could tell, you cannot turn off the clock light on by the capsule headboard. You can turn off every other light, but you will be left with a blue glowing clock panel regardless.

    - Good location, if you don't mind the chaos of Dotonburi. - Friendly and helpful front desk staff - Clean bathrooms and common areas. - Great value for the money.

Cheap and comfortable for a capsule hotel.

Personnel in Osaka in general are not as welcoming, found them quite serious and impersonal. There's a small area to eat that is usually crowded, the card to access your locker has a strap that keeps separating so you might end up losing it, for men staying in the 7th floor there's no elevator so you may have to carry things from your main luggage up to your floor via stairs. Bathrooms in the men capsules were dirty (which was new for me, as even public bathrooms were super clean) and In ended up going to other floors to look for a bathroom. The area to get dressed is spacious but regularly crowded. Also, I recommend getting a lower capsule as getting to the top one can be difficult while carrying personal stuff. The capsule doesn't get very fresh even with the mini-fan.

This was my second capsule hotel during my trip and I liked the facilities better than the previous one, there are lockers for each person staying (small luggage only), they provide a kit that you can swap daily (mainly for towels). The room was dim-lighted. The location is great as dotonbori has lots of nightlife and is well connected via subway.

Would be nice if every floor had a washing machine and dryer. I had to keep asking for a staff key for accessing a different floor for loading the washing machine, putting clothes into the dryer and then collecting dry clothes. Otherwise I am very happy with my stay!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Capsule was comfy and had a usb port for charging devices. No issues at all with storing large luggage. Location is a short walk to the train station and is next to the famous Dotonbori LED sign

My only complaint was that the bed/mat itself was very thin and quite uncomfortable. Same thing for the pillow. I understand this type of bedding is more common in Japan, but for a westerner like myself the bed was very hard to sleep on. Otherwise the capsule itself was quite nice!

A ton to love here. The most important part of a Capsule Hotel or Hostel (at least for me) is that they're in a prime location, and this place absolutely is. You can't get any better than being right in the heart of Namba. It's easy to get anywhere because it's all nearby, and whatever isn't is easily accessible by the nearby Metro station (which by the way can take you all the way to Nara Park!). The people are also really nice, and it's super clean and well designed.

There was nothing about it that I disliked other than things that are just inherent in this type of accommodation. You won't have much privacy because it's a capsule hotel. But that's just par for the course and in no way the fault of the hotel itself.

AMAZING location given the price. Super friendly staff, nice clean facilities. It's not a 5 star hotel, but as capsule hotels go, I don't think they get much better than this. The value for money is incredible.

Capsule mattresses are a bit worn down (as to be expected), could be replaced, but still able to sleep well.

Very friendly and hard working staff, fantastic location, facilities had everything I needed. Cool and air conditioned in capsule room - each individual pod has ventilation.

That it was very central. It’s in Namba and there’s a lot to see there and it’s easy to travel from there to other parts. For shopping it’s walking distance to Shinsaibashi.

It was hard to find a time to do laundry, because the washer and dryer were often already occupied.

Fantastic location, nice spacious capsules with good lay-out, comfortable common rooms (one for women only, one mixed), clean bathroom with very handy area to do your make-up etc., many facilities such as pajama's, towels, toothbrush included, spacious lockers compared to other capsule hotels I've stayed at, quiet.
