The ubication was priceless, very easy to arrive, near to the Namba Station. I came directly from de airport to the Namba Station, and directly to the hotel. Amazing places to eat very near to Dorombori street, very secure area, you have 7eleven behind the building

The capsule and the shared area are clean and comfortable. The lockers are on the same floor as the capsules so it's easy to get around. The location is amazing, very close to the subway station and the Dotonbori area.

Remember that Osaka, especially around Dotonbori is extremely touristy place. You have people from all around the world, mostly south east Asia, staying in the hotel. There were please using phones and talking out loud in the pod area... Also people setting phone alarms and not turning them off... I hope the staff enforced those rules more.

It's just like other people have already said in the review. The place is clean the pods are comfortable to sleep in. Shower, toilet, sleeping area were clean. Staff were very helpful not only with facility but also helping me find and get to certain places in Osaka. Location! It's just a block from the famous places and you can easily go shopping and come back to drop off and go out again! Lockers are big enough to fit my carry on luggage, backpack, and jacket.

- Powder room could have paper towels. - Pillow was pretty hard - There’s a small light illuminated for the button to turn on the bed lamp when lights are off. Free eye masks are provided though. - Not sure if lockers are sprayed after guests check out, but my locker had a weird smell coming from it.

- Very good location, right across the street from the popular Dotonbori Bridge. - Clean and comfortable. - WiFi was good enough, though it didn’t seem to work the first night I was there. - Easy keycard system to open and lock lockers.

Washing machine and drier. The drier took a long time to dry my clothes, but maybe that's asking for a bit much. Also, more charging points in the room would be helpful.

All interactions with reception staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities and location were great, everything you need provided. Only think I would improve is the washing machine and drier. Quiet and comfortable stay, with a friendly vibe.

There were some foreign guests who were disrespectful and no consideration. In my stay, there were two guests who talked loudly and even laughing without consideration to other who were resting and sleeping. I totally understand since this is not under the control of the facility.

Best capsule hotel experience so far. In my 2weeks trip, i stayed in 3 different capsules and I would say acro is the best. Best location and clean capsule with privacy. The locker and bathroom are separated from the sleeping area which is nice. Overall, excellent experience.

The hotel was literally just a 2 minute walk from Dotonbori. The hotel facilities were really good, excellent showers and really clean!

There was minor damages in the showers and the 'kitchen facilities were all on one floor which was a little inconvenient and the elevator didn't go to the top floor.

The hotel was easy to find and right next to the centre of dotonbori. The capsules were tidy and easy to access and the bathroom facilities were clean and well maintained. There were instructions inside the capsule itself as well as airconditioning in each pod and various lighting arrangements, it felt safe and the other guests were respectful and quiet. Awesome communal space on the 7th floor and loads of shops and restaurants nearby - I can't stress how much you need to visit the Subterra cocktail bar!! The staff spoke some english which helped with check-in. There was a card scanner in the lift which only let permissable people to get out on the women-only floors.

More washing machines would be nice. There are queues for the showers at busy times.

Perfect location very close to Namba station, clean capsules and friendly staff. Towels are provided and can be changed daily, the female-only floor felt safe and secure (only people with a pass can enter), and even though large luggage isn’t locked away I didn’t have any issues. The washing machine and tumble dryer do not need coins to be operated.

The lockers are quite small and they didn't have extra pillows, the one I had was too thin, they ended up taking g one from another capsule, but if it had been fully booked I wouldn't of gotten one

The facilities were always clean, the capsule itself comfortable too
