The location was awesome with nearby subway stations, restaurants, all kinds of main shops in dotonbori. The facilities are kept very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and available 24/7. Male and female are separated by floors and requires a keycard to get in and out, which was really nice and made me feel safe.

Great location, friendly staff, plenty of amenities, and affordable lodging. I was a bit worried about light and noise before making the reservation, but it turned out fine, especially they gave me earplugs and eye mask.

The bed mattress is super thin and very uncomfortable. The temperature in the dormitory is kept too high, and the individual AC wasn't very powerful either.

Good value for money, you are in the city center and yet it's super quiet inside the hotel. Good organization with the lockers and floor segregation. It feels very safe.

Very loud sleeping quarters. Several guests decided to eat their dinner and hold a conversation at midnight in the capsule room. Perhaps this is a popular crash spot for heavy drinkers in the area

The sleeping pod area got pretty hot (especially my second night). As usual with a capsule, never know if you will get a snorer next to you... ventilation could have been better in the sleeping area. would have been nice to have a small locker in the capsule.

Super convienent location. Right across from Dontonburi district and a block from Namba station! Clean and lots of amenities. Badge entry was great and secure.

Being on the 7th floor, the lift does not access this level, so you have to get off a 6th floor and take the stairs.. not a massive inconvenience, but something to take into account if you plan a big day of walking around Osaka

Staff kept stealing my cosmetics and I confronted them about it and the girl pretended she couldn’t understand me despite translating it to her. Lockers were too small for most luggage, lifts smelled like someone died in them and sometimes the place stinks of cigarette smoke. Other guests were rude and would talk all night

It’s a bit noise, I didn’t manage to get much sleep the first night and next day when I was trying to recover and sleep a nap, some staff were talking and laughing when the place supposed to be silent.

Unfortunately the Management and customer Service are not interested in customer satisfactory. Their strict policy of not refunding fees on a cancellation was proclaimed as to be "fair" for other guests but in the end the accomodation was completely booked and my booking wasn't available anymore for other guests there was no response anymore. It shows to me that their "fairness" to be guests is only valid when within their policies and not to give other travellers the chance to book a bed their. They lost me there as a previous returning and happy customer, by choosing their business over the happiness of the customer and other guests. I will not recommend this hostel anymore due to their management, not due to the cleanliness or anything else.

I don’t like the kind of material that they use for the bed sheets. It’s loud when I move. I felt like I’m waking everyone every time I turn or move. Staff’s a bit distant or like doesn’t look friendly and approachable but they’re helpful though. They would assist you and all that.

The location is so perfect! Close to the Dotonbori Street and that famous Glico man. I love that they have a bath bag for all your bath stuff, along with your towel. So like for a girl like me that does a lot of stuff after a shower, it really helped! I don’t have to carry them all by hand. I also like the common area, very good air conditioning as I’m always hot lol. Aesthetic common area too! I also like that they have shared fridge for all the food/drinks you have. You just have to put your name on it. For me this hotel’s location is just so perfect for anyone who just wanna be closer to Dotonbori street. I could just go and have all the good foods in like 5 minutes walk.

The bed is quite uncomfortable and super hard. They are basically made up of 2 very thin (maybe 1"-1.5" thick) foam mattresses put together... when I asked them to add a 3rd mattress thin mattress (or change my mattresses all together) they said it was not possible.... only solution was to change my whole capsule (and along with that I basically would have to move all my stuff to a new locker, etc).. I only had 1 more night so I chose not to do it due to the hassle and I'm also 99% sure the other capsule would have been the same. The front desk staff had limited ability to speak English and this made it even harder to attempt to help me.

Amazing location right off of Dontobori street! They have locker rooms and shelves where you leave your stuff outside the capsule area which is great so people don't disturb other guests when packing/unpacking their luggage.

The heat in the capsules themselves wasn't very pleasant, so stronger AC or fans within the capsules would be a big improvement. I also felt the common rooms were a bit lackluster, they didn't feel incredibly comfortable, making them feel more homely would be really nice. The bed was also not the most comfortable, but that's expected of a capsule hotel. The whole place didn't feel comfortable enough to take an hour or two to recharge.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of central Osaka and not even a minute's walk away from Dotonbori River. The staff were also excellent, with great English capabilities, but after learning I was a resident in Japan, they offered to speak in Japanese during check-in instead, which as someone who is still learning the language I greatly appreciated being offered instead of continuing in English, it makes us foreign residents feel good to use the abilities we have. Bathroom facilities were also pretty dam decent too!
