Accessible, convenient and very near to Glico landmark. The staff were very nice, the rooms were clean, everything was perfect for me. We will surely stay here again when we get back to Osaka. It was our first time to try and we liked it.

nothing. there is no other place to go in Osaka as a female solo traveler

the location is just the best! in the crowded area yet the hostel is quiet and comfortable. i loved to stay in the common area of the girls floor and chat with them about our trips. the beds are comfortable, outstanding design and facilities and the staff is super friendly and helpful!

Close to Dotonbori, simple and nice lounge area, very accommodating reception with good English, good for international travellers. Pods were compact and had all the basic necessities.

I believe this is the best place to stay in Osaka. The location doesn't get much better than this. All the main nightlife stuff are within walking distance of this hotel so its very convenient to walk back after spending the night out. The hotel is very clean too.

Not enough seats in the lounge? Was not really bad, but would be better if there is more space. If i were tall and big, i would be a little bit claustrophobic. Considering the price and most of the customers who are from eastern asian countries, it's not a matter. Honestly nothing much that I didn't like.

Perfect facilities as a capsule hotel. Especially, it was very impressive about the structures for sound proof. Btw capsules and bedroom, there is a small space and the space blocks noise from shower and toilets. Btw the capsules and lounge room also has locker, it prevents noise from front coming into the capsules. Secondly, the staffs are brilliant. All staffs i met are good at at least Japanese, english and korean. Also, there are some staffs who can speak Chinese and Vietnamese as well. Of couse they are super nice. While i was staying, there was a rude customer(complaining ridiculous requests at midnight, made noise.. was horrible. On maybe 12/12/23). Even though such an insane customer bothers the staff every single second, the staff showed a professional manner all the time. I will definitely stay at this accommodation again when i come to Osaka next time. Thanks for all your quality of service. All the best!

The floor space of common area was limited. The height of the capsule was low and that made me claustrophobic.

Busy lift. No stairs to 6th floor straight from street.

Good location! A lot of stores, atm, restaurants nearby. Easy to access metro and go to the places by foot (30 min walking to Castle). 20 min to Universal Studios Japan. Place so clean! Organised! Staff so kind and so helpful! All questions solved! High recommend
