I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel that is excellent in its location, spacious room, spa with sauna and simple but delicious breakfast at a very affordable rate.

The room size is a bit too small for 2 pax for anything longer than 2 days. The toilet seat had a yellow stain when we used it the first time, we cleaned it up and it was fine.

The location being a stone throw away from the train station can't be beat. The staff were friendly and cordial. Breakfast was good too, especially the almond pudding. And the free spa with hot and cold water pools and a sauna was a god sent in the cold winter nights.

Breakfast buffet did not have usual continental options like yoghurt, fresh fruit and pastry. The ‘spa’ only consisted of a relatively small communal bathroom and there was no provision of massage or facial treatment. The food at the restaurant was OK and convenient but nothing exceptional.

The location, the comfortable mattress and bedding, eco friendly policy, helpful staff, the fact that there is an on-site restaurant where you can have lunch and dinner.

It is very convenient as the hotel is just next to the train station. There are quite number of restaurants nearby as well as convenient store. And the room is very clean. I could even have the view of the lake from my room.

We arrived the hotel late evenning and very tired to find the outside dinner, the hotel staff advised us to the restuarant next door with is the breakfast room. The food was very good, delicious with the low price. In the morning we had splendid plenty and delicious brakfast in the same room. The hotel is more than we think, there are 2 Onsen bath for men and wemen. It is very good for people to stop here 1 night from Narita Airport.

The service was amazing. The staff at the counter took bike stands and a mat to our room before we checked in, so we could bring our bikes into the room as soon as we got there. All of the staff were so friendly, there was a great bath and sauna for the guests.

breakfast experience was very bad and stressful breakfast ends at 9:00 am we arrived around 8:30 the staff was already packing it up , taking out buffet’s meals one by one and the staff seemed very busy and in a hurry . we couldn’t have breakfast at peace as the staff was going back and forth around us. we really felt uncomfortable the staff is friendly but they seemed to have order to close at 9 not to stop serving at 9….. if you want to have a breakfast at peace there , better go at 7…..
