Grate business hotel, surrounding by many Japanese restaurant, but too far from station.

Did lack some facilities- no Osen, no coin operated washing machines or dryers. Maybe the regular guest do not use or look for there services but I would have. Location was difficult to get to without a car, I should have pre-booked a rental car earlier, my bad planning, but I tried catching a bus but it did not seem to turn up or I missed it and according to google it did not find any services at the times I was looking for them. I walked it in the end, about 3km with a small case and back pack, and pretty the warm so in retrospect a taxi or booking a rental before I arrived would have been better

Staff are friendly and helpful some spoke English very well, and those that could not were still super helpful and we managed with Google translate etc. room was clean and comfortable, there was a little noise from the road - but then I found out that was because I had opened the window and not shut it properly so my mistake. From the hotel you have a good view of Mount Fuji (if there is no cloud cover). The property is well situated to travel around if you have a car, right on a main road and next to to a petrol station, great for filling the hire car before returning it. There was also a coin laundry only a few blocks away.

All staff were very nice and assisted where needed. The room was the most spacious out of all rooms we booked during this trip Essy access to all main points.

Room dated, we had a twin bedded room the second bed was a put up bed which was uncomfortable to sleep in, so we ended up sleeping in the one bed, very cosy.

This was the 4th APA hotel we had stayed in. This is more a business hotel, fine if you’re attending meetings. No view of Mount Fuji.

The bed was way too soft and you'll roll into the centre of the bed automatically. The pillow was too soft and too flat. Suffered a terrible back and neckache right from the start of my trip as this was the first hotel booked. Somehow all the furniture seem to be made for shorter people...i'm not that tall myself but i found myself bending over a lot to use the wash sink or the table in the room

The location was ok as i drove. Parking was easy and convenient. The room had the necessary basic amenities. I suppose it's decent enough for the price you pay.

Hotel is a bit old.

Check-in was friendly and quick. Room was clean. Amenities was complete. The window in front of the elevator was a fabulous view of the Mt. Fuji. A pity we didn't have this view in the room. Breakfast was ok with wide selection and dining room had plenty of space.

Honestly, just the distance to the hotel from the local train but that was because on the day we arrived we walked and it stormed. The walk itself is actually really nice, until it storms bad. So I can’t really say that is a dislike about the property and just simply bad timing for our arrival.

The view. From our floor the window to the elevator overlooked Fuji which was an impressive view. The location is great cause there are plenty of food options, an arcade that is so much fun, and so on.

Not accessible by train or public transit, but with a car it’s easy to get around.

Very nice hotel! The staff was amazingly nice and were quick to help with anything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the shower/bath was nice. Very yummy ramen next to the hotel as well.
