The amenitiea are quite old and worn out. The flush are quite weak so you need to ensure to double flush when you use the toilet.

The hotel was 3-5mins walk to Susukino station. Accesible to convenience stores, main markets and shopping malls, and other attractions in Sapporo. The hotel staff are nice and very helpful. The room was quite spacious compared to other APA hotel we’ve been to. The room is being fixed if you put up the “make up room” sign.

The location of the accomodation is very strategic for transportation as it is just 5 minutes walk from airport limousine pick up and just beside a train station. Everything in the city are on a walking distance and there's a convinience store access using the hotel lobby. The room that we stayed itself is what you can expect when staying in Japan, compact but comfortable. There are coin laundry and ice machine at the ground floor. The staffs also are very helpful and friendly.

The bathroom door in Room 1010 is noisy, needs some lubricant on the hinges. Also, I requested a quiet room but the other guests on the floor were super noisy, so I didn't really like that.

Room was huge. Compared to other APA Hotels I've stayed in, it's the biggest. It was right near Hosuisusukino Station and had a Lawson attached to the ground floor, so everything was convenient and accessible. I found out I could also rent a Humidifier for free from the front desk which made my stay much more comfortable from the dry winter air.

Superb location. Susukino station is right at the door of the hotel. When using limousine bus for airport transfer, it is just 3 minutes walk. It is also few steps from the center of Susukino area and everything is few steps away from the major malls of the city. The twin-bed room we were billeted was surprisingly big for an APA hotel standard. Super clean hotel. Mild mannered staffs were of course impressive.

We had a Small room and bathroom but for the lower cost and excellent location, we didn’t mind being in a smaller space.

This hotel is in a great location, walking distance from many attractions in Sapporo. The facilities are very clean and the staff is friendly.

The room door is not that soundproof, you can still hear people chitchatting outside early in the morning if you're trying to sleep in 😅

Luggage storage service! Saving your time going around looking for coin lockers. Also, the hotel is so close to the train station. Literally there's an entrance right in front of the hotel main entrance to Hosui-Susukino Station (Exit 3). But beware, this is a small exit with mostly stairs so it's not really friendly to travelers with big luggage. From the hotel it's about a 5 minute walk to Susukino Station, the entrance in front of Cocono Susukino Mall has an elevator. It's easier to use this entrance to be honest, also the walk from Sapporo Station to Susukino Station (Namboku Line) is shorter, unlike the insanely long walk just to hop on the train to Hosui-Susukino Station (Toho Line). The hotel breakfast buffet is nice, they have a decent variety of food choices and they have really fresh sashimi as well. You can get a voucher from the receptionist, it's a little cheaper if you purchase before the actual day.

I have placed some unused cups and complimentary drinks on my table which I intend to have it for later used. On one occasion the house keeping team removed it.
