Front staff was really nice and helped us with luggage and did their best to answer our questions. Great location, walking distance from Osaka Castle and very close to the subway lines. Family Mart just a few doors, very convenient.

the microwave is only located at the 2ndflr, and our room is at 13thflr so it is a bit inconvenient on that aspect. if only, if not every room, if possible every floor have a microwave, so that the guests from the higher floor can heat their food without a hassle.

The location of the hotel is near to a subway station, convenience store and some restaurants. the staffs are friendly and accommodating. And what I like the most is that the place is very clean...

Small and budget friendly for a solo traveler. This location has a raised bed platform, so that you can slide your luggage under the bed for storage. Metro/subway entrance right next door.

1. The location This one is completely on me, as we should have gotten a more central place, but it was more difficult to get to this hotel due to the train station not being very easy to get to. It was particularly close to the closest train station though, but definitely will get a more central hotel in the future. 2. The size of the hotel rooms In the first few minutes that we came into the room, we realized this hotel was probably more suited for businessmen and people who probably only wanted the rooms for a few hours or less than 2 days. The room doesnt give much room for breathing or walking. We could never open our luggage up fully, and had to push it below the bed to get a few steps in. The windows also couldnt be open and the curtains were there 24/7 = no sunlight. 3. The hotel service They were very friendly, dont get me wrong. But for future tourists, please note that the hotel will NOT call a taxi for you. We were in a rush to a place, and the streets are so quiet and silent that it was tough to even wave down a taxi, so we asked for help and they said they are not allowed to call a taxi for us. This was a shock to me as in all the hotels that ive been in the past, the receptionist wouldnt hesitate to call one for you. We later found out this was provided in the hotel TV list of services, but do take note!

The onsen at the 2nd floor was great (for me, not for my partner). The male onsens were a little too crowded for my partner's taste, but it was really empty and soothing for me at the woman's corner. Literally the highlight of the hotel.

Despite the room being quite small, there was a lot of storage space and surfaces to put your things on. The interior looked very modern. It was very clean. There was a nice public bath (Onsen). Very central. We were absolutely content with our stay, since the room was very comfortable.

The menu is monotonous. After two days, I got annoyed with the same food. The room was smaller than expected, with poor ventilation making it hard to be there for a few hours.

I would not recommend this hotel. Room was exceptionally small, noise insulation very bad. Additional pillows we got had a bad smell.
