The room is small but no surprised because it is mentioned on the description but if you have big suitcases, it is difficult to move around. During cleaning, Make sure you keep your belongings safe and locked. We did but, our soap for face (quite expensive) disappear. We complain to the staff but they are taking no responsibility so make sure you keep your valuable things safe.

The room was in good location, about 10 min walking distance to the busy area. The room was very clean, which is nice! They even clean the windows outside. The staff were nice during check-in and check-out.

No convenience mart on site but there are a few a few mins walk. Also there was a hiccup before I stayed about room upgrades to which the hotel chose not to reply to my message

The location is great! 10 minutes walking from Shinjuku station. Next to a lot of restaurants and Korean neighborhood. Moreover, the staff is really kind and you can leave your luggage before check in

The room was definitely very small when you see it in real person but we were only there to sleep anyways. For the price it’s worth it.

Rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved that every single day they would leave new amenities and towels everyday at the door for you.

The only thing that wasn't ideal at all was the size of the room - it really is tiny including the bathroom. There is however some under the bed storage so we managed. Also, the TV channels on offer are awful, but didn't matter for us as we were usually out. Aside from that, I would still recommend and stay again, because of price, staff and location.

APA hotels are worth the hype for sure. The staff were lovely and super helpful anytime we needed anything, also helping us send luggage to Kyoto. Shower was great, great water pressure and very warm. The wifi was also great (we were even able to download stuff to watch for our flight back with no trouble). The spa facilities are also really nice. The room was clean and warm.

The room is extremely small . Like I saw it said 11 square meters,but that’s like including bathroom and everything. You don’t have space to open your luggage and walk freely,let alone open two luggage at the same time .

The breakfast room is a bit small given the huge number of bedrooms in the hotel, which sometimes means having to wait to be able to have a table to sit down for breakfast.

The rooms are great, tidy and efficient. We didn't find them small as other people say.

Food and service are great. I've been to different Japan Prefectures and APA hotel has been my first choice after having to experience APA Hiroshima the first time. Every location is great as well - near train stations and city centers. ❤️
