Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. SpainSuper nice hotel and very good location! We also liked the fact that in the price we had included free use of the public baths, which really gave you the Japanese experience! We forgot our Smart Band at the hotel and stuff informed us right away. Unfortunately they couldn't ship it to another hotel where we were staying at and they couldn't ship it to EU, so we never got it back, but this is our fault for forgetting it there so just keep in mind to check again all the corners hehehe. As a foreigner the only option is to travel back to Kyoto and retrieve your items
