PortugalThe room we booked was quite small, not leaving much space to open suitcases. Also I don't like when the beds are place against a wall, leaving only one way to exit the bed.
The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the Shizuoka train station, as well as the main attractions in the city. The hotel also has laundry facilities which work well!

JapanNew towels (and coffee etc) came every day, but honestly I think that there is no need to change them that often. Would be helpful if there was an option to decline them. As for the linen, vice versa, I would like to change it once.
I liked the fact that I could borrow iron until check-out. Having a coin laundry was also nice but we could not use it as it was used by others. Overall, the quality of the service met my expectations. I liked the storage space under the bed and between the bed and tv. The room was a bit more spacious than I imagined which was a plus. I also liked that I could open the curtains and see the street outside in the morning
