I've stayed in APA hotels across Japan, but the room I had felt particularly crammed. I think the layout wasn't that well designed. For example, the space between the table and the beds could hardly fit a chair, let alone a chair with a person sitting on it. So that was uncomfortable.

It's quite convenient and you can find restaurants and convenient shops nearby. The hotel itself feels very new. The onsen was good, although the outdoor part wasn't that outdoor. Unlike the APA hotels I've stayed in elsewhere, this one had 3 laundry machines and 3 dryers at the changing room in the male onsen (not sure about the female side), so there was no wait at all when it comes to doing your laundry if you have a longer stay. The staff was excellent and provided impeccable assistance to me for extra services that I required.

the tv always turns on when I get home and is already in a default volume. when I go back to the hotel late, the tv turns on and is really loud and distracting

unfortunately I was unable to use the baths because I have too many tattoos. I could cove most up with patch but I could use a compression sleeve or similar to cover my arms :(

some of the comfiest beds and pillows I’ve had across multiple trips to japan! good locations with restaurants and shops a very close distance. 5 min walk to main Nagoya station for local and Shinkansen trains! it looks newly renovated inside as well and has great amenities

The room was very small and not very well laid out for two people, but manageable. The most annoying thing was the TV. First, every time you put the key card in the holder to turn on the lights, the TV turns on automatically and starts playing music and shouting at you. Secondly, it makes a constant little chirping noise, and it's impossible to unplug, so we had to sleep with the key card out of its holder just to cut the power to the TV.

The bed was comfy, it's close to the station, and the bath was nice.

The room is very small, there wasn't much room to get dressed with two suitcases in the room. The desk was small. There are no tattoos are allowed in the Onsen, but the front desk did give me a large waterproof sticker to cover it. The laundry machines are in the Onsen changing area, which was a bit confusing at first!

Very close to the train station, walking distance. There were lots of great options for restaurants around. The room was very modern. The bed was comfy and the hotel is very clean. Nice big window in the room so lots of natural light but the view was just of another hotel. The TV told us how busy the Onsens were which was very handy.

There are no smoking rooms or dedicated smoking areas in the hotel or just outside, so we had to walk to a family mart.

We stayed here for two nights and it was comfortable. The room was very clean and well maintained. There was a laundry and dryer in the bath house area, which was very convenient. The location is conveniently close to Nagoya station. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Wish that some of the staff could speak a bit more English - you really have to rely on google translate if you need more complex conversations e.g. they returned my package containing my pocket wifi, which rendered me data-less for the whole day...

No breakfast opted for, easy to get breakfast nearby from convenience stores. Very near the JR nagoya station, easy to get to. Public baths were great as it meant hot baths everyday.
