Only 1 issue I had with this room which is the TV position.

Location is strategic, 6 mins to station, 8 mins to dotonbori and shopping. Room quite spacious compared from my previous stay in other Apa Hotel.

- Breakfast buffet was disappointing: food ran out and wasn’t replenished, and advertised items like okonomiyaki were missing. - Room was dusty and not thoroughly cleaned. - Drinking water wasn’t replenished daily. - Centralized air-conditioning could not be adjusted from heat to cool mode. Despite it being winter, the room became uncomfortably hot, which the hotel should address.

- Comfortable beds. - Plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. - Lots of charging outlets. - Polite and professional reception staff.

The location was good, close to bars and restaurants and shopping, short walk to dottonborri, good ramen spot next door, great breakfast spot opposite, lawsons opposite, taxi rank nearby. Staff were great, very helpful . Would stay there again

My room was windowless and next to the JR track. It was a bit loud, but manageable.

The location is close to American Village and Shinsaibashi area. It is safe to walk around at night. Like other hotels in Japan, the rooms are small, so don't expect to have a lot of wiggle room to walk around or lay suitcases flat easily. It was perfectly fine for one traveler though.

The rooms are tiny, I had to play tetris with my suitcase just to be able to open my suitcase and pack my things well. Also, there was hair in the bathroom when I arrived. Housekeeping cleaned my room twice during my stay, but the hair was still there even when I checked out. The staff interaction level is minimal - after the initial check-in, no one talked to me, not even a small greeting. So unlike other places in Japan I have stayed in, there is no one taking your luggage to your room, showing you your room, etc. But this is not a criticism - more like an observation

The price for a location like this is great.

This hotel is more for business people, as the room is extremely small. Not suitable for tourist more than 2 peoples with lot of luggage. Reception service was good but they don't speak English. If you come earlier than the check-in time (15:00) but the room is ready, they will ask to pay extra money to check-in, which I felt ridiculous.

Good location, walking distance to the main street Shinsaibashi / Doutonbori. Very reasonable price and good amenities.

Compared to other APA hotel which had the TV in the wall, this one had the TV in the desk, using half of it and it is already small space.

The room is quite small but it has everthing we needed. The location is great, close to Dontonbori.

Location is great, various restaurants and convinience stores around and less than 10 mins walk to the Shinsaibashi and Dotonburi shopping street. Room is also clean and has all the basic amenities that you get as in any hotel

The staff weren’t the friendliest, we arrived early to the hotel to drop off our luggage but was just told to scan the qr code. Minimal communication and check in was also done via a screen.

Despite having a small room and bathroom, the bed was very comfortable. And the room had adequate amenities. Also the room was quite soundproof. The walk from the train station was reasonable and easy once you know the way. Lots of food options nearby and some are opened till late.
