Breakfast is boring because you have 3 same set menu for 4 days and the room is quite tiny with a double bed next to a wall you hardly have space to walk.

Location is great as subway is 2 mins away and convenience stores and supermarkets are walking distance. The staffs are also friendly and helpful.

APA Hotels are always a solid choice when in Japan. The facilities are very clean and always close to a train station. You can’t go wrong staying at an APA.

The location is sooooo good. The room itself is so nice and clean. APA hotels are the only hotels I will stay at when I am travelling Japan, everything is the same in every city. Standards are so well maintained and matches my expectation. :)

Location! Just one station away from Dohtonbori. Nearest train station is Daikokucho and just head to exit 3 then take the stairs and APA hotel is just right in the corner after the Sukiya restaurant. Spotlessy clean room and they give you fresh supply of toiletries everyday. Bed was super comfortable and the toto toilet was superb. Bath area may seem small but everything is fine.

Aircon was DIRTY AND DUSTY. Room was STUFFY, we ended up getting allergies. Bathtub CURTAIN smelled like DRIED SWEAT/BODY ODOR.

The one and foremost issue i had was the room is very dusty no matter what. Im not sure is it because of the air ventilation cause more dust to enter the room or the cleaner didnt vacuum the room well. Could see thick layer of dust everywhere in the bedroom. And the hotel wouldnt replenish drinking water whenever there's room service. Thats pretty unusual which most hotel does replenish.

The location wise is pretty good, and theres family mart, lawson, and a direct Sukiya for meals right outside of the hotel. The receptionist allowed us to store our luggage till check in time. Overall its pretty fine, but the room is pretty small. We had two large luggage and we could only open one at a time. So thats not too convenient since the space is pretty limited. The amenities are acceptable. We used the laundry at the basement which was fine.

Breakfast is a la carte. You can choose only beef or fish (small fish) it's not tasty. You must order before 09.30 and area close 10.00 it's not compromise, if you're late from 09.31 you can't eat anything. and this hotel early check-out 10.00 am (normally hotel in japan 11.00 am)

Location is good. Near Daikokucho station exit 3 (ladder) and have elevator when you across the road. Restroom is clean and I like volume and stable temperature of water. There are vending machine and laundry room on 2nd floor.
