Better than expected, great location and great price. Clean and fairly standard for a hotel, but just a bit nicer than I expected.

The room was a little dirty and the carpet had stains, you also can't open up the window and there is zero view since the windows are covered.

Location was right beside a station entrance so it was very convenient, there is plenty of restaurants and convenience stores near by. I also liked that some of the tourist places were pretty close by and walkable like Tsutenkaku Tower, Nipponbashi Denden Town, and Dotonbori.

Unfortunately very noisy in the evening/night because of the multi-lane street nearby with motorbike gangs using it for fun.

Right beside the Daikokucho Metro Station exit. Comfortable and clever use of limited space inside the rooms. The wash-dryer combo laundry machine works very well and gives you clean and completely dry clothes in about 2 hours. Vending machine had my favorite drink - Kirin Lemon Squash Zero.

The windows were frosted over and this seems to be the only apa hotel without a public bath

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. There was a conbini across the street and it was walking distance to the zoo and tsutentaku tower and right by the metro line

Room was good and staff very helpful. Originally thought the location was a bit out but I book quite late, other nearer locations to the main train station price were too high already. But when arrived, learned that there is a station near by. Just need to take one stop to the main station. Quite a pleasant surprise.

There are some dust on the desk, which is easily spotted if cleaning staffs pay a bit attention.

Only 1 station from Namba station and right at Daikokucho station entrance. Easily access to Osaka metro. There are also Family mart and Lawson across the street. Also you can grab easy breakfast from Original Bento across the street too. Facility is on par. Cant complaint, can't compliment.

The train station didn't have any escalators but has a lift that is hidden from view when we got off the train platform. However the lift is situated opposite across the road from the hotel.

The room has everything from coffee making facility to a great shower and comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful - they helped me organize a day - use room for my family. It was very appreciated. The Daikokucho STation adjacent to the hotel and very convenient

Ver nearby Exits/Entrance to Osaka Metro, just a few steps !! Lift at Exit 6 and hotel is just across the zebra crossing. Have familymart / 7-holdings nearby too. Walkable distance to Tsutenkaku Dori / Area. Great place to stay in and just a stop from Namba Stn.

Unfortunately, the breakfast is extremely limited, think a set menu with exactly 3 set plates. No substitutions allowed to combine dished either which we thought was strange. Also, the breakfast was very much full meals, think raw beef and rice, curry or fish and rice....for breakfast. Laundry was also disappointing. You have a massive hotel with hundreds of rooms and only 2 machines....doesn't feel like enough especially when inconsiderate people put laundry in first thing in the AM and then leave for the day leaving the machine locked and full of their laundry so nobody else can use.

Really liked our stay at this APA location even though we didn't spend a ton of time at the property except for sleeping. The location simply cannot be beat, it is literally steps away from the train station. Walk right off the train and into the hotel. In a safe part of town with many food and shopping options in the neighborhood surrounding. Rooms were comfy and clean!

The suze of the room was like a luxurious prison shell. The window was small with s bleared glass and didn't open. The bed was very small for two tall people and morrow

The hotel was well positioned next to the metro station and walking distances to numerous places. Very friendly and helpful staff It was clean and provided numerous consumables (soap, shampoo, shaving etc)
