United KingdomThe breakfast room was too small for the guest and not as much choice as other APA hotels. The only one staff member dealt with all guests by herself - so she seems to be a bit stressed. There was another APA hotel nearby and we went to there first by mistake.
Excellent location right in the heart of Dotonbori. The staff held our luggage after our check out so that we were free to-do our sightseeing.

AustraliaThere’s no seats in the reception area. After a long flight, we arrived there a few hours before check in time (3pm). We couldn’t check in early (otherwise had to pay the early fee) but there wasn’t even a space for us to sit and rest for a bit. We ended up going around and stayed in the dining area of 7-11 next door.
Excellent location and amenities. Being a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens), we had a double room and the teens shared a quadruple room. The rooms were small by normal standards but everything was included. Loved the toothbrush, better quality than most hotel toiletries. Buffet breakfast was good.

AustraliaNo cleaning of the room during your stay. They leave a bag hanging on your door knob with fresh towels daily. You can put a magnet sign on your door to have your room made up but they don't change linen/bedding etc. If you don't request to have your room made, your bins are not emptied.
The customer service was great. The staff were all very polite and professional. Hotel is in a noisy area but in the room it was nice and quiet. The room was small, cosy for 1 person. Bed was comfy and clean. I loved the kimono style lounge wear and slippers. The stand out was the amazing table and large mirror with nice bright lighting where I could comfortably put my make-up on!

Our family got to share a connected family room which was convenient. The hotel was filled with many amenities and appliances including a kettle, hair dryer, shared microwave and ice machine, coin washing machine and dryers, and yukata. Our favourite was the shampoo and conditioner. It’s conveniently located near a train station, with 3 convenience stores near by, a short walk away from Dotonbori with a nice night view out the window.

South KoreaI loved this hotel, it was the perfect location with 3 marts nearby and so close to Dontunburi. It was easy to get to from the Bus Terminal, just a short 10 minute walk. The property has nearby public transport so moving around Osaka is simple and efficient. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby so plenty to choose from. The room was super clean and had all the ammenities that you need. They do not clean every day but are happy to if you leave the cleaning label on the door. They leave fresh towels and ammenities on your door for you to take when you need a refresh. The bathroom was clean and easy to use, with an extractor fan and shower/bath. I was on the 10th floor and didn't expect a view so was fine with not getting one. The lifts are quick and easy and I was rarely waiting. The WiFi was good, I only used it for my phone but it did the job.
