There is too much dust. both on the carpet and on the bed The light from the dark curtains lets in light. Makes sleeping uncomfortable The bedroom is very small. If anyone has a large suitcase We do not recommend because it cannot be fully opened But in the small bathroom in that room It is very clean and provides complete supplies. The accommodation is located in a very good location. Near the train station, near Dotbonri, near many tourist attractions and restaurants. Very recommended for people looking for accommodation in a good location. at a reasonable price

The rooms here were quite small, but that was fine. We booked adjoining rooms which was great for our family of 4. Location was great for exploring Dotonori, very central. Think it was next to the red light district but was still great and safe and you could avoid by walking a different way if you wanted. Definately great location and close to transport.

The room was tiny, but it was enough for 2 people. Not for 2 large bags anymore. Beds comfortable. I appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the location, right next to Dotonbori, but at the same time there was not that much noise. It was nice that various extras were available for guests. The breakfast was perfect - you had to be there in time, otherwise there were not enough places to sit at the table.

Restaurant where the breakfast is served is very small, you have to get up early to get a table otherwise you have to wait until other guests are done, the food were nice though.

The location was fantastic! walking distance to Dotonbori/Glico man sign. There is a 7/11 close to hotel. They won't clean your room everyday but will leave all toiletries/towels outside the door which I like. They can keep your luggage if you come before check in.

The hotel is veey efficient. It has everything you need during your stay. The level of cleaniness is a big differential here in Japan and the APA is not different. I do recommend them, and for this reason I've booked another room in another APA location

Not personal as check-in and check-out are both done on a computer. There are employees there but their English is not that good.

Checkin via machine is not so social but personal was helpful.

Stayed there twice first room was kinda warm and not able to change temp. 2nd room better and also adjustable room temp was perfect. For traveling to airport is it the perfect location with the Nankai-Limited Express

There was a mixup with the reservation, and I was unable to communicate with the staff. It took over an hour to try to figure it out upon arrival, which is massively frustrating after a long flight to get there. The rooms are tiny (and yes, I realize that this is the norm in Japan), even by Japan standards.

The location is great as it is easy walking distance to the subway, trains, Dotonbori and markets.

*This is not a complaint* *it’s all my fault*, but just to mention as if someone would have the same problem as I did. Mind the door stopper at night though. Maybe cover it with something soft. I thought I heard the door so I rushed to it. Kicked the door stopper.. and then I had to walk around Osaka tiptoeing waiting for my nail to come off 😬 it’s not fun, believe me.

Amazing location, just a short walk to Dotonburi. Room and service are up to my expectations, brilliant!
