They don't provide the complementary water every day. Only they provide first day. The restaurant is closed very early (5pm).

Variety of breakfast was not available. If anybody comes little late (within the restaurant timing), most of the things as per menu is not available. Breakfast is also quite costly

The superior room we had was not really more spacious in comparison to a normal room. What I mean is that in fact it was a small bedroom with a pretty long corridor, so on paper it was large, not in its spaciousness. The bed pillows were pretty hard.

I like the location the most. I also think the hotel has good price per night for what it offers. It was very quiet, the staff was very positive, helpful and polite.

Not quite as many amenities as other APA hotels in the area. A little bit longer of a walk to Akihabara than expected.

Conveniently located near subways and a short distance from Akihabara. Really quiet area of Tokyo with great local food nearby. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

It was clean and the staff at the reception was always helpful and friendly. All of them were able to speak English! The closeness to the station is very convenient if you have heavy luggage. I would recommend a superior (larger size) room though, if you have a lot of luggage.

Bed linen could use an upgrade to newer and softer sheets. It's old and well used (not scratchy, but it wasn't that soft). It would have been nice if the main light (right above the bed) was actually dimmable. For the most part, I kept it turned off because it was bright! The air quality in the hotel could be improved. It didn't smell dirty, but in the hallways and elevator, not much ventilation, and it sometimes felt humid.

For a non-smoking corner room at this price point: Rooms are bigger than typical hotel rooms in tokyo at this price point. An extra 20sq ft. of space makes a difference!! I could leave my carry-on luggage open and still walk by to get to the door. I was lucky to get a corner room, but the only difference was that beside the bed, along the wall was a raised platform for extra storage. Bonus! my room was facing the neighborhood and not a dark alleyway. So it was nice to have the shades open to let some sunlight in. There was a smaller step to the bathroom, which was appreciated. I stayed at another location where I literally had to leap in and out of the bathroom. It was clean, there was a decent amount of storage space, staff are attentive, and the location is excellent (less than 5 min walk from train stations, restaurants, and convenience stores). In terms of facilities, there were 2 coin laundry machines, vending machine for drinks, ice machine, and one microwave. Overall, I would recommend this property!

Easy 3 minutes walk with luggage from JR Asakusabashi station. We book superior double room which I can say is the biggest and affordable room under APA branch in Tokyo and near to train station. My partner(large size body) and I(medium size body), we felt comfortable and not feeling claustrophobic at all! It’s only 1 station away from Akihabara which is very convenient for us as an anime nerd.

Other than breakfast, little in the way of eating facilities apart from vending machines. Staff were very willing but spoke very little English and signage was not good for non-Japanese speaking guests. Also, menus at local cafes and restaurants all in Japanese!

Breakfast at the hotel was traditionally Japanese and took a while to get used to. Room was small but comfortable. The location had plenty of surrounding restaurants and metro lines to Tokyo and just about anywhere else. I used the metro every day.

Location - Quiet area very near the subway station, lots of convenience stores and places to eat nearby. lots of small shops to buy leather and other items for souvenirs. Only 1 train ride away from Akihabara and Asakusa. Can go directly to airport using the train. Subway has elevators so bringing heavy luggage is not a problem. Internet - worked well enough Room and Amenities - small but well equipped. Layout was optimized. bed and duvet were comfortable. airconditioning was adjustable. hot water was adequate. lots of bathroom amenities. The hotel is located close to the market and bars are a short Uber ride. It was very quiet, happy to recommend.

The bathroom floor was very dirty on the first day of my stay. I cleaned it thoroughly myself and a lot of dirt kept coming out from under the sink. Additionally, one of the towels had several make up stains or similar and even had one set of fake eyelashes in it. Better English knowledge from the staff at the reception would be appreciated.
