Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. PhilippinesThe room was rather small and tight for two people. There wasn't much room to move around each other and to lay out our stuff to pack and re-pack, although we managed in the end. There was (advertised) space under the bed to store your luggage, but that doesn't really help with the packing and repacking; i.e., opening up your bag. Note that we didn't even really have luggage; just a backpack and a duffel. So, it really was quite tight. But otherwise, okay.
The room was clean, and the hotel staff provided fresh amenities (e.g., towels, etc.) every day even when we were out or didn't have the room cleaned—they left all the amenities in a plastic bag hanging on the door handle of your room. The staff also kept our bags long before check-in and after check-out, while we were waiting for the respective times after and before our night buses to-from Tokyo.

Convenient - close to the train station, just across the road, opposite the exit from the station. If there is free breakfast provide will be nice.

Very close to subway station, that even has direct train to Haneda Airport. Room was clean. Easy check-in / check-out. Dont miss tea store next to hotel that sells Japanese tea. Cafe with poke bowl is just next door to hotel, very nice food. Area is very quiet. Loved location!

Close to train Kuramae station but still had to change to get to tourist attractions. One train away from Haneda and Narita. There are 2 coin operated washing machines and 2 dryers. They empty the bins, toilet and make the bed everyday.

United StatesThe hotel made us purchase another room because we had children, even though we had been in communication with them. They told us that we did not need another room, and this was confirmed through their own website. However, they made us buy another room when we actually got there.
It hotel was very clean and very secure. The rooms were impeccable and had a lot of electrical plugs.

GermanyCheck-in process was a bit rocky and could have gone better. There is only one elevator for a 14-floor building, which means sometimes you have to wait quite a bit to get to your room or out of the hotel. Room-size is generally a thing in Japan, but price-quality wise this was one of the more expensive rates we had.
Standard business hotel in Tokyo's Asakusa district. Not to be confused with the almost similarly named APA hotel which is a few metro stops North of this one. Good no-frills hotel with a metro station right around the corner, easy to get to the city and Tokyo station from this hotel. There are also a few parking lots around the hotel in case you plan to rent a car. View from the 14th floor towards the Tokyo Skytree was nice.
