Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe biggest problem was a HUGE problem for us. we were very unhappy with the fact that we could not control the air conditioning in our room. Every room is controlled by a central air controller, and customers are not allowed to adjust it. To put it another way--it was too hot in our room. We slept in our underwear and without blankets because it was so hot. Very uncomfortable. If you are goign to set the temperature for everybody then please make it cooler.
Very accommodating staff. We showed up about an hour before check-in. They did not allow us to check-in, but they did allow us to store our luggage for free while we went to go find lunch. We also enjoyed the view from the 9th floor corner room. It was beautiful.

ThailandWe went there during Japan's summer and the air-con was not cool enough for the room. We cannot adjust the temperature, just the air flow, but it was still very hot.
Location was near the train station - Keisei Chuo Chiba (only 5 mins walk) and the hotel was next to Lawson (convenient store). The room was spacious comparing to average Japanese budget hotel

New ZealandThe bathtub is a little slippery when taking a shower. The room had been occupied by a smoker. Air freshener helped. Still it's a Japanese business hotel. It is still legal to smoke there.
Close to the station. There is a limousine bus to Haneda airport from outside the Chibchuo station too. I recommend tourists with cases use this to get to the airport rather than mess with the train. TV in my room was the largest I've seen in a hotel!

It seemed like a safe environment and was really close to the train station and a couple cafes and shops. The property had accessible microwave and a vending machine nearby which was convenient.

I like the extra facilities available when staying there, like the bath and the vending machine. I also like the distance of the hotel from the station. My room also offers free VODs on the tv for when I am resting in the room.

United StatesThe strict check-in and check-out times, especially for longer stays, was really very painful. Please change your check out time to 12PM to match the international standards.
I had a fantastic experience at the APA Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff's warmth and professionalism made me feel right at home. Although very compact and small in fact the room was not only impeccably clean and comfortable also thoughtfully designed, making my stay incredibly pleasant. I also appreciated the hotel's commitment to international standards, reflecting its well-deserved three-star rating. Overall, my time at the APA Hotel was exceptional, and I can't wait to return for another memorable stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

Ensuring that these times align with international standards would be in line with the expectations one might have when staying at a three-star establishment.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the APA Hotel Chiba Chuo Ekimae. The exceptional support and clarity provided by the hotel staff, as well as the overall quality of the establishment, prompted me to extend my stay for an additional three days.
