Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

GermanyOnsen was only for people with no tattoo’s or very small that can only be covered with 2 stickers. If you have 2 or 3 big tattoos you are doomed.

NetherlandsHousekeeping doesn’t keep the floors clean in the rooms very well. It’s also disappointing that people with big tattoos aren’t allowed to use the pool and spa. they do offer stickers to cover up small tattoos. Maybe a better idea is to offer sertain time slots throughout the day or night for people with bigger tattoos to use the pool and spa so everyone can use it without walking in to each other.

DenmarkThe rooms are microscopic. It’s difficult to get around the room and to get stuff from your luggage since you have to shove it under the bed.
The location is pretty good. The staff was more proficient in English than all the other hotels we stayed at in Japan.

Trinidad and TobagoEverything was great during stay at hotel. However, I came back from sightseeing one day and message was left that room service came to clean my room and because I had "luggage" on bed, they were unable to. I had laptop charger and some phone chargers on the bed, not a suitcase!
Centrally located in Roppongi, walkable to train stations, tourist sights such as Tokyo tower and restaurants. Very accessible.

Location was great, close to everything : metro, Lawson, Family Mart, donki (opened 24h)! Many restaurants around. Walking distance to Roppongi hills. The view from the hotel room was also great. Even if you don’t catch the Tokyo tower, it’s still an amazing one. Quite spacious considering that it’s in Tokyo. We had 2 Large luggages and a smaller one, it was not a problem.

We want to stay close to Azabudai Hills and this hotel is very close so it serves our purpose well. The room is a bit small but we expect this because the price is relatively low compared to other bigger room hotels. I also like to Onsen on top of the building.

GermanyFor sure, compared to the rest of our trip to Japan, this one was a bit pricy, but in comparison, it also was top in terms of comfortability and what it had to offer. The spa on the top floor is super nice and the staff were nice and friendly. We also had a very nice view from our room.

New ZealandBedding was winter weight. We needed to constantly adjust the room air con to make it colder for sleeping (due to heavy quilt) and warmer for other times. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed despite warm day time temperatures. I checked if it would be open during our stay prior to booking and was told it would be so this was disappointing.
Comfortable rooms albeit a little small. Room included robe and slippers. Hotel Onsen was amazing. Hotel location was close the train stations.
